Ash POV
Im just sitting in class paying attention to my friend, Leaf, not paying attention to other things, Although me and Leaf were friends, I loved her, but I didn't know that if she loved me, I was afraid to confess, although one day I would, but today isn't the day.
The bell rings as the day is over, I asked Leaf if she wanted me to walk her home, she wasn't sure, after a while she accepted. I started to take her home. a few minutes of walking and silence. I wasn't sure if I would confess right now. There were two feelings I had, one with "confess!" and "don't confess!", I wasn't sure if I would confess right now as the feelings inside me were still fighting,
Leaf POV
After we got outside, Ash had asked me if I wanted him to take me home, it took me a while to say a awnser, but I gladly accepted as he was a friend, my bestest friend, and how I have loved him aswell. as how it took me a while to awnser, it was just because that i since he had said it, i wasn't sure if it was the right time to confess or not. I decided it was, so i had accepted. After a while on the walk home. I wasn't sure that it was time to confess. I was to scared to confess at this time, although still happy that he had offered his time to walk her home.
I finally got home and we said our goodbyes, as i walked inside my house, I was still thinking about when I would confess. i wanted to confess soon, but at the same time I was afraid to confess to Ash. after that I went to her room and jumped on bed face first just to drift off into sleep and start dreaming about Ash, 2 hours have passed making it 6:00 PM. i had gotten up to get something to eat, I walked to the Fridge, and saw nothing i could eat, there was little, but I couldn't cook much, so I just grabbed my wallet and went to the grocery store, I started walking to the nearest grocery store.
Ash POV
it was 6:00 PM and i was bored, I went outside to get some fresh air. I saw Leaf walk past by just noticing that she was going to the grocery store, I run up to her and say hi, She turns around and smiles while saying hi back. I didn't want to wait anymore, so i decided it for myself that it was time to confess. Leaf was wondering what I was thinking since I wasn't doing anything. I then took a breath. She then said "Ash?", then I started, "Leaf..." I started, she said "Yes Ash?" then I started again "Leaf, I love you, I always had, but I was afraid to confess for the longest time, just wondering about if you didn't feel the same about me... Leaf, do you love me?
Leaf POV
I was shocked, as I loved him as well, as I was afraid to confess if he didn't feel the same way about me. I then replied "Of course Ash, I love you too, and I had the same problem of being afraid. Also being afraid of not you accepting me. Ash and I had big smiles and then started to hug, with Ash saying "I wont leave you Leaf, never." as I was saying, "me neither Ash, I love you, I would never leave you" we then kissed, knowing that we loved each other till the end.
