I won't stop.

It is my take on the season 4 finale and how it should have ended in my eyes. Swanqueen.

I own nothing. All rights belong to ABC.

Charming, Snow , Emma and Hook stood in the street searching for the darkness that was just expelled from within Rumple. "What is going on?" Regina calls from behind the, followed closely by Robin. "The darkone is no longer tethered to the crocodile" says Hook. "What! Where the hell is it?" comes from a startled Regina.

The six of them standing in the middle of the street can see nothing but feel the darkness swirling all around them.

"It hasn't gone anywhere the darkness it's surrounding us" says Emma.

All of a sudden out of a blackened sky the darkness ascends and envelopes Regina in a swirling funnel intent on tethering itself to the once evil queen.

"What is it doing?!" asks Robin

Emma tells him, "What darkness does. It's snuffing out the light." And without thinking, without regard for her own wellbeing Emma lunges forward intent on saving Regina.

"No! There has to be another way!" says Regina in her attempt to stop Emma from sacrificing herself.

"There isn't Regina. We have to do what the sorcerer did. We have to tether it to a person and you've worked too hard to have your happiness destroyed" Emma exclaimed.

"NO!" yells Charming and Snow.

"You figured out how to take the darkness out of me once. You need to do it again, as heroes" Emma says tearfully to her parents she has come to forgive.

"Emma please don't do this" comes out of a shaky Hook.

"I have to" replies Emma, and with a push backwards to him she turns and look Regina in the eyes as she shoves the darkones dagger into the mass swirling around her.

As the dagger drags the darkness away from Regina and into Emma, Regina get an arm loose and pulls Emma into an embrace that felt like it had been years in the making.

"Take your chance Regina. You truly deserve your happy ending. All I want is for you to be happy" says Emma with a look in her eyes that spoke volumes about the way she felt about the tearful brunette that was hold onto her for dear life.

With more love than she had ever felt for one person in her entire life, Regina pulled away from the embrace slightly so she could look Emma in the eyes when she said "I will find you" and kiss the savior. It was nothing more than chased but it conveyed everything she meant. And that was it. The next second Emma was gone in a flash leaving Regina falling to her knees on the pavement in a sob that was felt by everyone around her.

When Regina opens her eyes she sees the dagger, now scribed with EMMA SWAN on it, on the ground in front of her. Regina is helped off of the ground by Snow who says "Let's get her back." As she wipes the tears from her face and looks at the dagger in her hand she proclaims, "I will not stop." A comforting and knowing " We know" is the only response that she herd.
