The Argument

A/N Sorry! When I wrote this, I had only read up till chapter 35!
Zero and Kaname walked into each other. It was twilight, and for the purposes of this story, the night class had the night off.
'What are you doing tonight?' The pureblood asked.
Zero glared. 'I was thinking of going to see a movie... with Yuuki.'
Kaname's eyes shrunk to slits. 'Oh, really? I was thinking that she would like going to a movie... with me.'
And the contest was on. 'Well, since I've known her for four years, I think she would rather go with me.'
'Considering that I've known her for her whole life, I think she would rather go with me'
'I've known her well for four years.'
They glared at each other for a minute, each trying to find something that they have over the other.
Kaname said it first. 'I'm her brother!'
'Well, you can't choose your family, but you can choose your friends.' Zero's mouth almost curved into a smile. Almost.
'She has had a crush on me for a bunch of years!'
'I almost kissed her!' Zero was determined to win. Why this turned into a game, I have no clue.
'I did kiss her!'
'Okay, first, she was unconscious! Second, it was to save her life. Third, you're her brother! Gross!'
It just so happened that Yuuki was walking by. They both asked her at the same time, 'Yuuki! Who do you want to go to the movie with?'
Yuuki, totally oblivious, answered their question.
'Oh! The one tonight? I'm going with Yori!'
