I don't own any of the POT characters, only my own.

I would also like to thank RaiPhoenix015 and give credit to her as well as her story Hanging By a Moment (awesome story) and so readers know we came to an agreement so no yelling at me

So all of that set here we go. REVIEW PLEASE!!

We've been best friends since the time that I moved into his neighborhood. Most people would think that he's a stoic, mean and rude person. I on the other hand know how he truly is. I'm talking about Shishidou Ryou. Member of Hyotei's tennis team. One of the most amazing doubles players that I know, although there are others. Nobody would have expected the two of us to be best friends, him being in Hyotei and me being in Rikkaidai but it works out.

"Hey Laura-chan, you hanging with us?" I looked up from my locker to see the infamous trickster Niou Masaharu with Marui Bunta.

"Nope. Not this time Niou-kun."

"Ah, you going to Hyotei?"

"Yeah. Ryou said that he'd hang out with me."

"Alright. We'll be at our usual spot if you change your mind."

"Kay. See ya!" Grabbing all of my things I ran out of the building and right into the Rikkaidai captain. "Sorry Seiichi-kun."

"That's alright. Be careful on your way there."

"I will," I yelled out as I ran out and straight to Hyotei. I spotted him waiting at the gates, looking at his watch. Smiling I continued to run over but slowed down when I noticed someone else. His doubles partner. Ootori Choutarou. The two of them spoke to one another before laughing. He was coming with us? I couldn't help but let my face fall in disappointment. I totally thought that it would just be the two of us. Quickly I stopped and hid behind a corner. Why? He said that it would just be the two of us. Pulling out my phone I sent him a text. Instantly I got a reply.

Where are you?

I can't go. Sorry.

Why not?

Something came up.

Alright.

Next time yeah?

Yeah.

Flipping my phone close, I watched the two of them. Ryou said something before the two of them walked away. Biting my lip I turned around and walked in the opposite direction. I could go and hang out with Niou and the others, but I didn't feel like it. Home I went, back to my semi empty house.
