"002 hold on maybe I can give you enough power to slow us down!" 009 yelled through the roar of reentry as they continued to barrel down towards the surface.
"if there is a God now would be a good time to make me believe!' 002 and 009 were begining to be burned by the intense heat. All across the world people saw a "falling star' enter our atmosphere inclding the other 009 cyborgs. 003 continued to cry in the arms of 004.
"001 couldy you perhaps get us out of here?" Dr. Gilmore was being carried by 005 who was also holding the baby carriage which 001 was lodged in. Telepathically he replied and brought tem to the west coast of Africa in the middle of Mali. 003 watched as the star sputtered out over the eastern horizon then fall to the ground.
6 years later:
Tokyo Japan
1 September 72
"Suzie you alright? You are starign off quite often as of late" Aiden formerly known as 001 asked the now a bit older 003. 001 was no longer a baby Dr. Gilmore gratified him when they found themselves back in vietnam with a body that would grow quickly to the age of 25 and then slow down to a normal steady pace.
"its just...it has been six years sicne we came to see this place. Where we were before everything collapsed. Six years today, since..."
He interupted, "yes I understand." They were on the way to Joe's old home which had been turned into a memorial for the two 00 Cyborgs that hadn't made it home, 009 also known as Joe, and 002 or "Jet". Aiden was driving and suzie was looking up at the sky. "Joe it has, been too long."
"We are almost there." A few minutes later they arrive at the shrin which was a tall stone tablet and a rebuilt house that was not quite as large as the original. They stepped out of the 1970 buick. 003 was dressed in a casual black dress and 001 who had become qutie the buisness man was wearing a black and white suit with a red tie. They stepped out and Dr. Gilmore walked over to them.
"Suzie, Aiden, I'm glad to see you the others are already inside." They follow him inside. The others were already assembled there 008 was sitting by the fire, 007 was in the kitchen, he was shaped like a rat and running around, 004 and 006 were trying to keep the fire going and 005 was bringing in more wood.
Dr. Gilmore speaaks "We are all here after six years of silent peace." He steps over by a portrait of 009 and 002 , "Lets pray..." They all bow their heads and pray. "Lord six years of peace you have granted us from the sacrifice of Joe and 002 sadness and happiness collide on this day..."
Midnight:
003 could not sleep she arose and walked out of her bedroom, she stepped out onto the balcony and looked out at the great Pacific Ocean lightly rolling within the beautifal breeze. She sighs and walkd down the steps leadign down to the beach she walekd across the beach and her a wisphering yell from the sea.
"Suzie!"
"Hey Doll!"
Suzie looked out at the ocean and saw that there was a very small boat. She then recognized one of the figures and ran out into the ocean. One of the boys jumped out of the boat and ran towards her.
Suzie falls into his arms. "009, Joe!" she starts to cry in his arms.
"It's alright I'm back to stay." he was holding her close to his chest feeling her sobbing and her breathing against him.
"How did you make it back?"
"I don't know, the stars must shine on us." he laughs. The two embrace and then 002 stands up and walks to the house and he awakes the others.
In between sobs 003 speaks. "I missed you so much Joe."
"I know suzie, I missed you too, and I'll never ever leave again." They start to walk back to the house, the two look at each other, and the two kiss and the moon in starts glistened in the midnight darkness.
