Percy slammed the door shut behind him with a relief. He had finally gotten away from everyone. All they were talking about was about Percy's victory of defeating Lord Kronos. When he thought about it, he has got no time to himself, too many parties and speeches. All he really wanted was to spend some time with Annabeth. But of course, like everyone else she was too busy, she was over her head with rebuilding Mount Olympus, and like me she had too much paparazzi. Then, again the only reason I decided to not become a god was because of feelings toward Annabeth. "Percy, can I come in?" Grover asked. He entered without asking. "Man you wont believe it but, Annabeth is coming to the party in 5 minutes." Percy was suddenly filled with joy. "Thanks for telling me!" Percy said excitedly. But then, he took a good look around his room and it was a HUGE mess. If she was really coming he better hurry up and clean. Percy quickly got to work and did his "best" of shoving everything in his closet and under his bed. When he was finally finished there was another knock at his door. "What now..." he groaned, annoyed. He was getting ready for Annabeth, e didn't have time for anyone to bother him right now. "Is that what you say to your girlfriend?" Annabeth said smirking a little but, hesitating on the word girlfriend as she opened the door without his permission. Percy had forgotten the dimple right above her chin and her golden, curly hair. Now that he sees her right in front of him, he notices how much she has changed. Her beautiful golden hair looked more tangled and less shiny then he remembered. She has also become slimmer. He ran to hug her and pecked her check. " How' everything going? Gods I missed you so much." Percy said sadly. " I'm great..." Annabeth replied with a distant look on her face, "but I have some things to tell you... But they can wait for now..." She said slowly smirking. She ran to close the door and then walked slowly up to him and kissed him. It was short, but wonderful. Percy felt surprised but kissed her back. "God Annabeth," Percy sighed, I've missed you so much."
