Thundering clowns
'knock knock'
Sango ran to the front door of her apartment and opened it.
"Hey beautiful why did you call me over here at 1 in the morning?" Miroku asked sweetly yet tiredly.
Sango let him in and closed the door and locked it.
"It's thundering." Sango whispered.
"Honey I think I know that." Miroku chucked.
"I don't like it." She whispered.
Miroku walked over to her and put his arm around her shoulder and kissed her gently on her cheek.
"Sango, are you scared?" Miroku asked.
Sango nodded. Miroku gently picked up Sango bridal style and sat on the couch with her on top of him.
"Sango, you don't need to be scared. Thunder is fun!" Miroku smiled.
Sango just nodded side to side childishly.
"Come on Sango don't be like that." Miroku said.
She buried her head against his chest and mumble something.
"What was that sweetie?" Miroku asked looking at her with a lot of concern.
"Thunder is scary." She clearly stated.
"How long have you been afraid of thunder?" Miroku asked.
"Since I was 6." She mumbled.
"I'm afraid of clowns." Miroku said trying to comfort his girlfriend.
Sango shot up and stared at him.
"Really?" She asked about to laugh.
"Yup every since I was 4. I went to a circus with Kagome and they had clowns there. That was the first time I saw a clown" Miroku paused for a moment and looked at Sango.
"Go on." Sango encourged.
"Well when the clowns came out they asked Kagome and me if we wanted to help with one of their tricks and we said yes. So when we got to the center of the floor I started crying right in front of everyone and they all started laughing." Miroku frowned at the momeroy.
"Awww poor Miroku!" Sango laughed and kissed his forehead.
"Oh yea and I also went pee." Miroku laughed.
Sango started cracking up.
"Sango your hurting my feelings."Miroku pretend to cry.
"Oh I'm sorry!" Sango laughed kissing his cheek. Then she got up and stood in front of him.
"What?" He asked confused.
"You went pee Ewww." Sango laughed.
Just then a really loud thunder hit making a loud noise and shaking the apartment a little.
Sango screamed and ran back to Miroku who hugged her tightly.
The couple just sat there for a while listening to the rain and the occasional thunder which made Sango jump.
"Sango?" Miroku asked.
No answer.
Miroku picked her up again and put her in her bed and Miroku lied down next to her. He hugged her tightly and went to sleep.
