Fred Weasley smiled as he woke up next to his wife of 5 years; Hermione Granger. He remembered the day he first asked her out. After stumbling and stuttering on his words he closed his eyes and used his Gryffindor courage and asked her out. Still to this day he can feel his disappointment when she looked at him and said "Good joke, Fred." That sentence made Fred determined to prove her wrong. So after a few unsuccessful tries of asking her out; Fred did what he thought was the best way to convince her he was serious; he kissed her.

It was the best moment of his life at that point and after that he and Hermione were together. Both their friends and family were shocked and unsupportive; the Bookworm and the Prankster together? They all thought it wouldn't last, but Fred and Hermione proved them wrong here they were years later still together.

Fred looked down at Hermione's growing belly that was carrying his child. Of course their years together hadn't been easy and Fred couldn't believe how far they had come. From madly in love teenagers, to their separation during the war, their wedding and now children of their own.

Fred kissed her forehead and stroked her belly lovingly as Hermione woke. She looked up at him with those big chocolate brown eyes he was devoted to.

"Happy Anniversary, love" She murmured

"Happy Anniversary" Fred replied smiling widely.

"I love you" Hermione said

"I love you too, Hermione. Always and forever."
