Gods and Clods: A Story of Immortals and Fools-

Introduction-
The god's created this world. From The Nameless, there came the universe, the many worlds and planets upon what creatures lived, and many powerful creatures that the lesser races might call gods. And from the gods, came life forms, elves, dwarves, humans, the ogres and trolls the reside in the north, and other creatures the dwell in the world of Norrath. These beings were supposedly all-powerful, so why would people try to track them down? And, if they were fortunate enough to find the god they searched for, why would they try to slay them? I have come to consider those who try "Fools." Never have the Fools come back from these quests, no matter how brave or strong they may have been. So, why was it that, when I heard about a quest to kill the faceless god Cazic-Thule, that I decide to take up on the adventure..
Chapter 1- The Meeting
The Grub n' Grog Tavern. A place to relax. To enjoy the company of friends.
And to get drunk.
People from all over East Freeport came to the Tavern for its famous alcohol, the best in the land! The old works and musty smell had no effect on the citizens of Freeport; they came despite it. Often warriors would come to ask the bartender for tips and rumors that had gone around; to help them out on quests and such. Today was no exception. "Aye," Blake the Barkeep agreed, "I wouldn't take the quest either. 'Tis a fools errand to try and slay a god, especially one so great as Cazic-Thule. I wouldn't think of even attempting the quest if I were you." Blake sat with Tox, a warrior clad in shining mail. He was the leader of a small group, one taking on a quest that no one thought had any hope of succeeding. Following him was Alennia, a female druid with flowing blonde hair, Aros,
