Ah, one of those not so romantic mornings, but then again, when are the ever with Luxord?

Luxord groaned as he slowly eased out of sleep. After a short moment, he was able to pry his eyes open, feeling the crust on his lids fall away as he rubbed them. Once he was sane enough to make out images, he noticed the half full bottle of rum in his sweaty palm. He realized he was... on the kitchen table, with more bottles of various alhohols strewn across the white tiled floors.
The marbal countertops were spread with playing cards and numerous amounts of cloaks, boxers, and... Is that a thong! Oh dear God Xaldin's going to murder me! What am I supposed to tell him? 'Oh yeah, I know we've been dating for about a year now, but I might have possibly gotten wasted one night, which I know happens a lot, and I might have played strip poker with a few people, including Larxene. Oh, and we did it in your beloved kitchen, the one you cook all out meals in. Sorry, Xaldin'.
No, this wasn't happening. Maybe, he planned to himself, maybe he could clean all this before anyone woke. Everyone who played last night had to have been wasted, so they won't remember a thing. No, maybe if he could clean Xaldin won't find out and he won't throw his worthless ass out of the relationship. This is a good plan.
He slowly creeped up and rolled his head, stretching his stiff neck. His gaze veered around to the stove where...
"Xaldin! Oh, your up early. Are those eggs? I mean- look I can explain. The date was October tenth of two thousand and ten, so I just cut a little loose on the- that's really no ecuse though, bu-" Luxord stopped himself when Xaldin was giving him a look of complete amusment.
"Luxord, do you not remember last night?" He asked, a smirk playing at his lips. For the first time Luxord niticed his dreads in a complete mess, more than usual at least. What happened last night?
"Ah, no, I mean, I'm sorry. I just saw the cards, the alcohol, the clothing, and I just put two and two together." Luxord replied sheepishly, not sure of why Xaldin seemed so at ease and knowing.
"Hm. A shame really, but no big deal. Eggs?" Xaldin offered the frying pan of scrambled eggs and the intoivating smell led Luxord to take a forkful.
"Ah, Xaldin, what exactly did happen last night?" Luxord scratched the back of his head, stumbling off the table, leaving the half full bottle of rum. No need for wasting it.
"Nothing, Luxord." He shook his head and pulled Luxord into a kiss. Morning breath, maybe, but still very pleasurable. Luxord hasn't remembered ten-ten-ten yet. He doesn't care.

Ah so cute. Not a huge fan of XaLord myself, but they seem to be a big pairing, and I had to do something for 10-10-10! Hope you enjoy my short little oneshot. Oh, and I know it's not actually 10-10-10 right now. But that's only because it's two in the moring. It was a few hours ago, though, but in any case sorry for being a tad late. R&R!
