I hid a small smile as I watch your face lit up over the flowers here at the school garden.
"Fuji-senpai! These flowers are so beautiful!"
"I'm glad you liked it Sakuno-chan."
I'm really, really, glad I showed this to you. Especially since the reason I cared for this little flower bed, is for you to see it bloom. 'Take one step at a time' is what my Okaa-san always used to say, so I'll heed to it and take things slowly.
"I'm so glad you showed this to me senpai." You smiled at me gratefully, I also smiled in return. "Thank you."
'You're worth it.' I really wanted to say that but, I don't want to rush things. It might scare you away.
"You're welcome, Sakuno-chan."
