E/O Drabble Challenge
Challenge word: snow
Length: 100 words
This scene is set shortly after 5.10, Abandon All Hope.
A blanket of snow has covered the junkyard overnight. Castiel is gazing about as if he's never seen a damn snowfall before.
"It's beautiful."
"It's depressing," says Dean.
Sam's expression matches Dean's sentiment.
"How can you say that, Dean?" Castiel gestures outward. "It's so….."
"Hey, Cas!"
Castiel turns just in time for the snowball I've thrown to smack him right in the forehead. Good aim for someone sitting on their ass.
Deans throws his head back, laughing, and Sam joins in. I'll do anything to hear my boys laugh…..even if it means pissing off an angel of the Lord.
