Information:
Fleur and Harry have been married for many years after the event at the Tri Wizard. Harry was the Headmaster of Hogwarts before his untimely death. The Potter kids try and uncover the murderer and try and rescue their mother before she dies since she's a Vela and can't live much longer without her mate.
So she asks her oldest daughter and son to go to Hermione Longbottom to use the time turner since it's been band. The kids go to seek Hermione but she is in desperate state of mind since Harry has been killed. So in turn she helps the children for her own good.
