"Phew, this was something!" sighed Claudis while rolling away from the EX-Gear. The grey wolf wore his engineering outfit. He looked at the clock. "Oh no, it's late already!" He went to change into his normal attire. He ran out of the door while putting on his coat. "I still need to talk to Kagero." He was lost in thought, thinking about how to approach his friend and crush. He ran down the hallway while looking out of the large windows. He saw a missile approaching the city. "A missile? Oh no…" The moment he thought that, the alarm went on. "All Resistance members, meet up at Dilligan Square!" "Oh great!" he thought. He grabbed his additional EX-Gear and ran out of the building. When he arrived a few minutes later, most of the Resistance members were already there.
"Alright everybody, let's go! Fire!" a dark grey wolf with golden eyes commanded. "Father!" Claudis shouted. "Oy Claudis, would you mind clearing the backlines with your friend over there." He nodded over to a brown wolf. "Got it Dad!" Claudis shouted before jumping to his friend. "Took you long enough." Kagero teased. Claudis quickly scanned his friend. The brown wolf was wearing her usual attire consisting of a beige shirt, skirt and sandals. She also wore her light brown coat and finished the look with a scarf. One of her gold eyes was covered by her hair. "Yea… By the way, I need to talk to you later." He said, looking off to the side, not wanting her to notice how embarrassed he was about the topic. "What is it?" Kagero asked. "I'll tell you later." Claudis replied while dodging some bullets. "Hey, you two! Outta the way!" Silvia, one of the snipers and also Claudis' mother. She also was a wolf, had light grey fur and blue eyes. Both of them jumped off to the side. Silvia fired some bullets and a smoke bomb. "Now!" she shouted towards her husband and some other people who then shot missiles. This match was decided. "Whoho! Dark Galaxy 0, Resistance 8 for this month!" he shouted.
Later that day, Claudis and Kagero were at Claudis's house, where both of them lived. "So, the reason I wanted to talk to you was… it was…" Claudis couldn't finish his sentence because his parents came rushing in. "Claudis, come with me for a moment!" his father requested. "Kagero, you come with me!" Silvi shouted at the brown wolf. His father brought Claudis to a room he never was in. "You go in there! Don't do anything." He had to go into a strange machine. The door was locked. "Dad? What is going on?" Claudis asked. "This is a time machine, we'll send you back in time. You'll be safer there." His father explained. "Dad wait!" but he already went back in time.
