A smile filled with an unknown joy, and a different time where you don't recognize this demon; who fulfilled your wishes and commands until the end. There is a difference now, there is no contract in this new century. And you Ciel Phantomhive are alive.
Coming to England brought memories to certain demon, a demon who had served to a powerful person years ago. The smell of the city had changed, so did the people and places. There was still a Queen and a corrupt government in England, but the population had become more technological. It felt so different to come to this city, and observe big grey buildings and uncivilized people in every place.
"Hurry! We are late!" Yelled a girly voice.
Sebastian observed two small kids running holding hands. A blond girl about the age of eleven, and a boy running behind her somehow irritated. Ciel Phantomhive. Blue eyes like the ocean, short hair, and a delicate body who moved with grace and sophistication. There was no doubt, that was Ciel Phantomhive.
"I-impossible."
It was too much confusion for him, the young Earl was supposed to be dead. But there he was, crossing the street and holding the hand of his fiancé. This Elizabeth somehow looked different physically, his hair was shorter and her hair was a little more darker.
"Elizabeth, I told you already. I don't want to go to the zoo, besides-"
The blue eyes observed a man wearing a black coat, the face was familiar; just like the red eyes. He was still and observed the eyes of the man, it felt like hypnosis, he couldn't take his eyes off the demon. Sebastian was doing the same, but he was just curious about that feeling like the boy, he was in shock.
"Ciel, What are you looking at?" She said pulling him. "Your Dad said we shouldn't talk or watch strangers in the streets, let's go…"
"He is dead. I don't care if he said that, I'm now independent and can take decisions by myself…" He said pulling away his hand from Elizabeth's. "I think I know him…"
"What are you saying? We haven't seem him before, please just let's go to the zoo." She said angry. "My Mom said she was waiting there for us!"
The demon was still looking his way, which made Ciel more curiously…
"…Um, I'm going to buy something in the mall…tell her I'm going home alone." He paused. "And that I'm going to be late."
"But Ciel-!"
Sebastian worries were conming true. The boy was running in his direction… He was about to run, but there was too many people in his way, and it was too late when he realized someone was pulling his from his large jacket. The boy pulled harder and yelled for his attention, which he tried to ignore.
"Wait, Sir! I want to talk to you…" He said pulling harder. "I think I have seen you somewhere"
There was no way to escape from this, he could feel the temptation of the soul, he could feel it…the soul that any demon desired and wished. It was too irresistible, he had to made a contract with this boy. The thought of it made the demon smile…and look deeply at the boy.
"Yes?" Sebastian said smiling at the boy. "My Lord?"
