"What is it?" Silver eyes watched the rich, brown liquid pour into the cup.
"Something different." Oriya replied, enigmatically. "Exactly what you requested." He raised his eyes and arched an eyebrow at his old friend. "Don't worry, it's not poisoned."
"You wouldn't ruin good tea by poisoning it." Muraki acknowledged, reaching for the cup. The heat seeped through the ceramic, warming the doctor's long fingers. He inhaled the fragrance, strong and bold, blew on the steaming liquid and took a tentative sip. "Where did you say this was from again?"
"Canada. Apparently it's a blend of green and black teas." Oriya tried to judge his friend's opinion from his face, but as usual there was nothing to read. "What do you think?"
"I think you're going to find out how to order more. That is, if you want to live."
