Summary: Gabriella's friends and Troy's basketball friends don't know that Troy and Gabriella are friends so when Chad asks Troy to help him shove Gabriella in her locker and when he does what will happen?
"Well, if it isn't 'The Brainiac'." Chad said laughing while walking up to Gabriella. Gabriella was just at her locker collecting her books for the day. Troy watched as her worried face traveled from Chad to Jason to Zeke and finally rested on him. Troy gave her a smile with his eyes but she returned with a worried glare.
"Well, well, well. I thought that we could spice up today's routine." Chad told her. Troy watched her shift uncomfortably. "Jason." Chad said and Jason walked over to Gabriella and stood in front of her.
"I'm sorry for this," Jason mouthed and then picked her books from her hand and tossed the books to his teammates. "Chad here's your biology, Zeke, your English, Troy, your math, and for me, my social studies." Gabriella watched as her homework was torn out of her books and tossed back at her. Only Jason and Troy tossed the books by her feet while Chad and Zeke threw the books literally at her. Gabriella bent down and started to pick up the books but as soon as she bent down, suddenly Chad lunged at her ad roughly shoved her into her locker.
"Troy come on! Help me here!" Chad demanded Troy hesitantly walked over to Gabriella who was struggling to get out of the locker but Chad wouldn't have it. "Troy! Chad! Please don't!" Gabriella wept. Troy reached for the door and closed it so that it was open a centimeter. Troy backed away from the door hoping that Chad would think it was closed but instead Chad gave it a few satisfying kicks hoping it would injure its occupant. After hearing Gabriella's desperate pleas for Chad and Troy, Troy couldn't take it any more. After Chad's 12th kick Troy pushed him out of the way and opened Gabriella's locker by memory of combination. A wheezing Gabriella collapsed into his arms. Her face was pale and drops of sweat covered it. Her hair was everywhere and she was breathing hard.
"H-how did you open her locker?" Chad asked
"She's my─"
"cough, cough nurse," Gabriella weakly said,
"Dude, don't you dare," Chad told Troy. Troy paid no attention to what Chad said but instead swept Gabriella up in his arms and ran her to the nurse with Jason trailing behind.
While Gabriella was in the nurses' office Troy and Jason were sitting outside waiting for the nurse to speak on Gabriella's behalf. Five minutes later the nurse came out,
"Miss Montez is sleeping right now, she is fine Troy." The nurse said to Troy noticing his sad expression, "I will call the office about Chad, and Troy, you may also receive a punishment but it is not very likely. You may see her now." Troy rushed into the room while Jason took his sweet time. The nurse left them and went to the office to speak on Mr. Danforth. Jason walked into the room to see Troy caressing Gabriella's cheek and talking to her.
"I'm so sorry baby, I'll kill myself before I hurt you again, I'm so sorry." Jason watched as Troy shows so much affection to this one ordinary plane Jane. Gabriella's eyes fluttered open to see Troy and Jason.
"At least I know who my real friends are." She said in a raspy voice,
"Really, so you're not mad at Troy?" Jason asked amazed,
"Why would I?" Gabriella asked still staring at troy, "he saved me." Jason rolled his eyes and walked out before they started a make-out session. As soon as they heard the door close troy leaned down and kissed Gabriella on the lips.
"Chad's…gunna…kill you." Gabriella said between kisses,
"Chad who?"
