Fear is a crazy thing. And I don't mean this in a "wow, fear. How funny. I wonder who thought that up?" kind of way. Because fear, though some may wish it did not exist, helps protect us. It makes us wary of things that should not be touched. However, sometimes curiosity prevails. But we all know what they say: "Curiosity killed the cat," or rather, "Curiosity introduced the cat to a household of mythical beings, one of which is the cat's boyfriend, and has injured the cat to no end." The cat should be very grateful for it's nine lives.
But I'm digressing. Your probably thinking "who is this crazy chick and why is she ranting like an idiot." Well, perhaps I am a little crazy, and I am ranting like an idiot, but gosh darn it I have a story to tell. I have managed to compile many people's encounters (including my own) with a most unusual family. People who are so often overlooked. It is our turn to share our knowledge with anyone willing to listen.
