(Seth's POV)
I was surprised when the other pack was acting friendly toward the vampire family, except Paul of course but Rachel had came so that kept him happy. The only one not here was Renesmee and Quil's imprint.
I looked over my shoulder to see the love of my life. Jacob Black. I had imprinted on him when I first phased, but I still haven't told him. Now it's to late because he had already imprinted on Renesmee Cullen.
I didn't notice I was staring at him until he came up to me. "Hey Seth, why are you staring at me?" Jacob asked with his grin that made my legs buckle. "Oh er nothing." I said, I could feel my face burning with embarassment.
"Well come on let's go talk to people." Jacob said. He grabbed my hand, which only made my cheeks redder, and led me toward the pack. Then someone, I believe Alice, turned on some music.
Everyone started to pair up Alice with Jasper, Rosalie with Emmett, Bella with Edward, Collin with Brady, Leah with Embry and Quil (My sister hates dancing with one person and Quil had no one to dance with considering his imprint was two), Emily with Sam, Kim with Jared, Rachel with Paul, and I looked around the only ones left was me and Jake so I started to walk away but Jacob grabbed my hand and pulled me back in and danced with me.
After a few fast songs a slow song came up. I started to walk away but Jacob quickly caught me again and pulled me back yet again. I was surprised that we didn't leave the dance floor like Leah, Embry, and Quil. We started to dance back and forth slowly pressed up against each other. He even let me lay my head on his shoulder.
"Everyone it's almost midnight!" I heard Alice chirp after the song was over. I looked over at the big clock on the wall and everyone started to count down from 10. When they got down to 5 I felt something on my lips. I was shocked to see it was Jacob pressing his lips against mine. I could hear everyone else celebrating the new year. "Happy New Year Seth." Jacob whispered into my ear.
