Okay this is for Hibiki Rose and it's a Taiki/Tagiru. Once again, thank you Aiko!
Tagiru didn't know why he had to get out so late from basketball training. Sheesh, there was a thunderstorm out here. While it wasn't something he was afraid of, it was annoying because he did not have an umbrella right now. As he rounded the corner, he saw something he would have never expected to see. His mentor, Taiki-san was on his knees in the rain, shivering and his face was wet. Were those tears or was that the rain? That didn't matter right now.
The junior gogglehead rushed forward and wrapped his arms around his mentor, even though he was wet himself.
"Taiki-san," Tagiru said.
Taiki tried to snap out of it. "T-Tagiru?"
Tagiru nodded. "Yeah, it's me."
Taiki shivered more. "T-Tagiru I-I h-hate s-storms." His voice shook as he spoke. "S-scary."
Tagiru blinked, wrapping his arms tighter around Taiki and smiling."Okay! Then I gotta get you out of here right? Taiki-san, hold onto me okay?"
Taiki kept shivering and Tagiru smiled more.
"Taiki-san," Tagiru said gently. "You trust me right?"
A nod.
"Hold onto me okay?" Tagiru said. "I'll get you away from the thunderstorm. Take my hand?" He held out his hand.
There was a momentary pause before Taiki threw his arms around Tagiru, pulling him close and clinging to him. Tagiru, momentarily startled, flushed at this but almost shyly ran his fingers through Taiki's wet hair, trying to be reassuring as he began pulling Taiki towards a small shop. They could wait out the storm there.
