Okay so I was doing my daily devotional and it said to praise the name of the Lord. So I did.
OH God of the heavens, the ultimate one, JEHOVAH JIREH who provides for us. Who loves and cares for us, really, can you name one person who loves and cares, and provides for us like God? Nope, I didn't think so. God the Father, YAHWEH ROPHE, the God who heals, and cures. The same Lord who cured the lepers and a sick woman and a daughter dying is the same Lord, who brought Lazarus back from the dead, happens to be the same God who rose on the Third Day. YAHWEH M'KADDESH is the lord who makes holy, is the Lord who cared enough to bear our sins and sanctify us, is still the same Lord JEHOVAH SHALOM who brings us peace and calms our fears.
JEHOVAH NISSI is the God our banner whom we should be PROUD to call our God and bear his Holy name High among the people. This is also EL OLAM the everlasting God, the Alpha and the Omega as He Himself said in Revelation. He is the beginning and the end and without Him nothing can exist.
EL, the strong and mighty Lord. The lord whose voice silenced a storm, and whose lips brought forth light. EL SHADDAI, GOD ALMIGHTY. Need I say more?
And ELOHIM, the God most high, the God whose name is above all and the God who loves us infinitely, all this and more make up our God, our protector, sustainer, keeper, redeemer, provider, healer, sanctifier and father. This King of the Universe, and Emperor of the Heavens, is also our best friend. Stronger is the bond with our Lord than the bond with any brothers.
Is He your Lord? He is mine, and I am His, Today, tomorrow, and forever.
