She watches as the blonde boy pulls out a magazine from his bag. She squints at it, half-expecting some sort of dirty magazine, which she would then immediately confiscate and-
American Football Monthly?
Half-relieved, half-disappointed, she taps the end of her pen against her book. She's been eyeing these three for a while now. Actually, she's had her disciplinarian eye on them since the day they all sat Deimon High's entrance exam - well, more specifically, the blonde guy of the trio, but what the heck, they're always hanging out together anyway.
Takekura Gen – he seems very human, quite nice. The other two keep calling him 'Musashi'. At first, she didn't quite believe that he was her age, because he looks so mature, but she's getting used to it. 'Musashi' sounds kind of mature, too; dignified, just like a samurai.
Ryokan Kurita – to be painfully honest, he almost doesn't seem very human (he broke a truck in half the other day, my god), but he does seem very nice, very kind and polite (apologizing earnestly for accidentally breaking the truck), always smiling. She heard him mention cream puffs from Kariya yesterday. She thinks they could get along.
Hiruma Youichi – now, despite her best efforts in trying to see the good side of him, he doesn't seem very human nor very nice at all. She swears she saw an eerie purple-and-black cloud follow him the other day, and she might've even seen bats, but she was in a hurry then, because a kid was apparently having hallucinations about being bullied by the Devil holding a little black book on the other side of the school, and she didn't have time to get a better look.
She looks at her watch. It's time for a meeting of the disciplinary committee. She collects her belongings and puts them in her bag, standing up to leave.
As she passes the trio on her way out, she throws one last look over her shoulder. Hiruma Youichi is pointing to the magazine and talking to the other two, grinning maniacally.
From what she's seen and heard, he's extremely tyrannical, cruel, difficult, and foul-mouthed - she finds herself feeling sorry for whoever becomes his wife in the future. Or girlfriend, even. As she exits the classroom, she then finds herself wondering if there's any girl in the world who would be able to put up with him.
