A Road to the Past

Takes place after the 5th book... Leslie Farral (far-al) is in 6th year, Gryffindor, and she transferred to Hogwarts from an American wizarding school at the beginning of the year, but it is now winter time... oh, and one of my favorite characters is NOT dead – Sirius Black!! (but everyone thinks he is dead) Woo Hoo!! Now on with the story...
Leslie's POV
'God he's hot!' I thought, 'I mean, how could he be unattached?? He could get ANY girl in the school but yet he's single... maybe he's gay... that's why he and Ron always hang out together... maybe I should ask Hermione, she's known them since 1st year...'

I looked around for the source of the noise. It took me a while but I finally realized it was an owl. I got up to open the window when I realized it was Pig. He gave me his letter then immediately went into Bluebell's, my owl's, cage. (A/N: I named the owl Bluebell after my neighbor's bird who died recently...) opening the letter I read the few words in the messy handwriting...
"Meet us in the common room at 10:30"
Looking at my watch I noticed it was 10:25, so I got ready to go down.
At 10:30 on the dot, I went down. On my way down I heard three people talking...
"So are you sure it's her?"
"I'm almost positive, from your description she sounds just like..."
"Go! Someone's coming!"
Then I heard a pop right when I reached the bottom step.
"Oh! Hi Leslie!! You gave me a fright" Ron Weasley, one of my best friends said.
"She gave you a fright? What the hell does that mean???" Harry Potter, another best friend said while lightly punching Ron in the arm.
"Do you guys every stop fighting?" I said, "Now why'd you want me to come here for?"
"Well, Leslie..." Ron stood up, "I'm just gonna say it, and not skirt around the topic." He took a breath. "Are you Sirius Black's daughter?"
ooooooo.... Cliffy!!!! Muahahahaha!!! Anyways, how was that for a beginning???
