A Wanderer's Journey

A wanderer, a killer, a stranger

Known as many other things

A lonely boy grows into a man

With the thoughts of a samurai, protection and revenge

Losing what he has known, so young

It has broken the ring

Soon enough he will master

And his power will ascend

He becomes a fighter at war

Like others soldiers in a clan

He was a slayer fighting for power

With no one to survive his wrath

Undefeatable, yet he feels confined

Instead of protecting, he has sinned

He chooses to regret taking lives

And finds another path

As the sound of death is silenced

The slayer grows into a legend

He passes out of sight

Leaving allies and rivals to ponder

He leaves behind the new world

He took part in birthing

Vowing to never kill again

To this day, alone he wanders

As his way to atone for losses

He fights to defend

For more than himself

That's why victory, he cares for

Sites unknown

But, for the rest of his days

Without taking life

He protects with one sword.
