Home Dagobah
Yoda walked slowly out of his quarters and into the cockpit. The young Jedi pilot looked at him and smiled.
"We're almost there, Yoda Master."
Yoda looked at the young woman and nodded. Her speech stlye had always made others ask if it was he who had taught her how to speak. Yoda had never answered, feeling that the answer was obvious. Now that the Jedi Order was mostly dead, she was returning home and Yoda'a destination was right on the way.
Dagobah loomed into view as the ship banked right. Yoda placed a hand gently on the Jedis' arm. She followed his guidance as she directed the ship down onto the murky planet. Soon they had landed and the young woman carried the small box containing Yoda's few possessions off the ship.
Yoda montioned her over to a small hut that looked brand new. The young Jedi placed the box gently inside and knelt before Yoda.
"You will be here safe, yes?"
Yoda nodded.
"How long will stay you?"
"Leave I will not. My home this is."
The young Jedi nodded and stood. About halfway up the gangplank, she turned and asked one last question.
"Will the Jedi Order restored be?"
Yoda merely nodded. This satisfied the young woman and soon the ship was gone.
Near evening, Yoda stood in his doorway and watched the world around him grow dark.
"Yes. Grows dark this part of the world does, the universe grows dark as well."
Yoda turned from his door and went to the fire.
"But come again daylight will, for here as well as the rest of galaxy. The way of nature it is," He said to himself.
His words came back to him that he had said earlier.
"My home this is."
