Orihime Inoue and Ichigo Kurosaki were in Karakura towns hospital, Orihime had just given birth to a little girl, Orihime had no name ideas, but ichigo had one.
"Orihime, can we name her Masaki?" ichigo asked
"In memory of your mother?" orihime asked
he gave a light nod, he wanted to name his daughter after his mother.
there was a tapping sound vibrating through the door, it was ichigo's father, Karin and Yuzu.
"come in" both orihime and ichigo said
the three entered.
"congrats big bro ichigo, u have a child." Yuzu said in a soft but excited tone
"hey, dad, Karin. yuzu, meet Masaki"
"after your mother?" his father asked
"Yeah, after mom" he responded
quiet some time passed, Rukia came to visit as did Byakuya, toshiro and rangiku they all came to meet Masaki, the time flew by life minutes and hours do, it all went by so fast. before they knew, Masaki was a young child, but she wasn't an ordinary child, she was... different, her grandfather could see it too, she was a natural born soul reaper, taking after her father ichigo.
"I'm gonna look after Masaki today ichigo" ichigo's father said
"Doesn't realy sound like I have a choice in the matter" Ichigo said
"Your right, you don't" Karin said
"Karin... what are you doing here?"
"Being a babysitter, with dad" she replied rolling her eyes
"I'm fine with you guys having Masaki for the night, I wanted to try out a new recipe and I want ichigo to try it"
"Looks like I'm out voted, fine, but look after her"
they got to their home, and sat down, Masaki sat on the carpet in the spare room that used to be ichigo's room.
"dad, do you think she is a soul reaper?" Karin asked
"I don't think, I know she is, she is definitely a soulreaper by blood."
