I'm Crazeegab, in case you haven't heard of me (And you probably didn't), and this is my Pokemon fic! I said in the summary that there would be more information, so here it is!
There will be adventure in this fic, fights, romance between the main character and a certain gardevoir, and fantasy based creatures and things!
That is why I put [Gardevoir/Sirknight,OC] in pairings. Because there will be bits of romance in there!
This is a M story because of the: Gore, Rape, incest, torture, sex, violence, deaths, insanity, etc.
But if you're a kid, you can still stay. Just, don't warn your parents or let them know! I used to read those things when I was a kid too, so it doesn't REALLY matter.
Note that this is a SYOC story. That means you can send me OC (Original characters you made up), so I can use them! Just PM me about it and I'll try to make use of them!
Disclaimer: I do not own pokémon, as my writing is just a way of entertaining myself and the viewers of it. I DO NOT MAKE MONEY WITH THIS, THIS IS ONLY THE WORK OF A FAN.
Enjoy!
Oh, and do not take my characters. There will most likely only be the pokemons that are from the pokemon universe. There won't be any characters from the games, or the show. I only used some bases of Pokemon to create a totally new world. Enjoy!
Introduction: Bandits and Thieves
In a dirty building full of bandits, of thieves and of gangsters, the boss of criminals fought against a powerful lone wolf.
The battle had been long, the terrifying solitary fighter was exhausted. He was begging for air, his breathing was loud, resonating in the dark and dirty room. His foe wasn't bad at fighting, but what would he expect from someone who lived here? His opponent was a fighter, a survivor. It would be an error to underestimate that sort of opponent. The room smelt awfully bad, and wasn't protecting against the cold. The cold made him shudder.
"You aren't bad at all," he said, adapting his posture. He had recovered his breath, the pause was over. He was surprised his opponent didn't hit him.
"I thought you'd be better than that, coming from Diamantes," said the enemy. He wasn't too tall, giving off the impression of a weak body, assaulted by hunger. This man was masked. His head was entirely covered by a black tissue. Even his eyes weren't to be seen. He holds a long and fine sword, tainted with the blood of the other boy. His chest was protected by leather bands, while his shoulders and knees wore plate protection. The rest of his clothes were green, tattered from all the fighting.
Diamantes, had a tall and muscular figure. He was impressive. His red piercing eyes could analyze and read someone like if it was an open book easily. His eyes overflowed with hatred. His long black hair, covering the left side of his face, extended to the end of his back. Some spikes, that were, for whatever reason, more cutting than a sword, added a feeling of savagery. His pale skin gave him the looks of a monster. All it took to make one of the bravest soldiers pee themselves. He wore tattered clothes. Bits of plates here and there, but nothing else. It was soaked with blood.
"I could say the same about you. But I'm gonna correct you: I'm way more dangerous than that."
"Then prove it. I don't want to fight weaklings," responded the bandit. They both rushed toward each other, but Diamantes was faster. He pushed the bandit away, compromising the enemy's balance. The bandit almost fell down, but didn't. Diamantes enchained with a blow on the ribs and a well placed kick. The bandit fell to the ground, suffering.
Diamantes smiled. It was always satisfying to put an enemy to the ground, even if it was for a brief moment. But it wasn't over yet. He knew his enemy was stronger than this, and he didn't come here to fight weaklings.
The bandit grunted, slowly raising his body up. "It's not over yet," he said. Of course it wasn't over yet.
To this, Diamantes only answered "Humph", not caring about what he said. He wouldn't use his powers against such a weakling. The bandit ran over and tried a vertical slash, but missed. Momentarily vulnerable, the bandit was hit in the stomach by Diamantes's fist. Disturbed by the hit, the enemy's body was shaking. The attack he just took was strong. It was rare to see such a dangerous foe.
The tall young man felt something around. There was other people around, their psychic activity gave away the secret of their presence. They were moving around, running towards this room. He wouldn't be safe. And then, the emotions of his foe seemed to calm down for a bit to give place for excitation and confidence.
Maybe he's gonna trap me? thought Diamantes.
A scream dragged Diamantes to reality once again, "Shoot!"
Diamantes turned his head rapidly.
Arrows! He thought, quickly getting up and moving. He could dodge most of the arrows but one managed to hit, landing on his left knee, not too deeply. It wouldn't do much damages, yet it was still painful and troublesome.
"Surprised? Don't tell me you weren't expecting this, coming from a bandit!" It was his foe's voice. Of course he was gonna do that. But why didn't he think of it immediately in the first place? He had an unfair opponent, and now an unfair fight. Diamantes already fought in those conditions often, but it was never pleasant. Of course, with his powers, he'd be able to brush it aside but then... Rumors might spray. And then, he'd lose the surprise effect of using them when necessary. And, part of his pride didn't allow him to use his powers. He could kill them all without his powers, and it proved his superiority.
Fuck you, he thought, in attention to the bandit chief.. Now, he had other opponents around him. The dirty floor was cold, and he could feel it.
"I have no choice but to snatch it," he thought, while glancing at the arrow. And, he did snatch it. He took the arrow with is hand, and ripped the arrow out. Despite the pain, He forced himself to get up, the pain in his knee radiating in his entire leg. But he didn't care about the pain.
"Wait, boss... Is he the one who killed the other members of the team?" Asked the youngest one. Yes, he was. But too bad it was that boy who asked, 'cause he'd be the one who would be his partner for the demonstration.
"You'll see by yourself," answered Diamantes, instantly twisting the young bandit's arm, who's scream echoed in the room. He then punched the poor guy in the face and then in the stomach. The bandit fell on the ground, unconscious. The others were just looking, too thunderstruck to react.
"W-W-Wait, what sort of beast is h-" Tried to say the first bandit to break his torpor, but was killed before being able to continue, and the same happened to the others.
"Kill as many as you want to, I don't care!" Exclaimed the original foe. It was obvious that he was the leader of the gang.
"You're next on the list. It might mean you don't care about your death?" Retorted Diamantes. He let out a quiet laugh, finding what he said funny.
"Or maybe you are," said the bandit's leader. He pointed his sword toward Diamantes.
"Not by your hand, coward," the bandit took the initiative to attack, this time trying to stab Diamantes in the chest. Diamantes predicted the blow, and took the blade in his hands.
"Do you want me to show you a trick?" Asked Diamantes. He didn't wait for the answer, as he snapped the sword in half. "There is your trick."
Unexpectedly, the bandit leader kicked Diamantes enchained with a punch in the stomach. He then used the side of his sword that was left to cut Diamantes on the chest. Diamantes pressed his hand against his wound, hoping it would help with the pain. It would be the hundredth wound he got since he entered the building.
"You won't access to the loot we got from the nobles," told the bandit's boss.
"Yet it's what I'm about to do," state Diamantes. He needed the gold, he needed the loot. It wasn't a simple fight caused by greed, -Well, partly of greed- but by survival instincts.
With the energy granted by despair, Diamantes charged once again toward the bandit's chief. With his forearm, he delivered a powerful punch on the enemy's skull, and then, his fist connected with the enemy stomach. He tried to punch once again the enemy in the stomach, but his attack was blocked. The bandit kicked Diamantes on the stomach with his knee and put him to the ground. He kicked Diamantes again with his foot, and with the left part of his sword, cut him again.
"You will swear to me that I am your boss. You will swear to me that your life is mine," Said the bandit.
With the little energy he had left, Diamantes formulated a quick and respectful response, "Go... Fuck... Yourself..."
He got kicked again. "It's your last chance... You will bow to me and swear before Arceus's eyes that your life is mine!"
Something clicked in Diamantes's mind. No, he wouldn't bow to anyone! Adrenaline shot through Diamantes, as he said, "No! You... WILL BOW TO ME INSTEAD!" He quickly got up and hit his foe with his elbow. He used the rage he contained in himself to deliver powerful attacks to his opponent's body. Combos of kicks and punches, grabbing the enemy's body and throwing it to the ground. He had absolutely no pity for his foe and his opponent couldn't do anything against the storm of hits he was taking.
Once the enemy's bloody devastated body shattered against the ground, Diamantes fell to his knees. Every part of his body screamed, to inform their pain. It felt as if he was going to shatter at any moment. As he began to lose consciousness, he thought "I did it."
As he came back to lucidity, he realized that he was still alive. The room was still as dark as when he fought. It smelt even worse. His body didn't hurt as much as when he fought, however. He slowly used his hands and his legs to push himself up. Standing once again, he inspected the room. Nothing was different, except the smell. There was only two doors. The one that lead to the loot, and the one from which he came. The decision was quickly took: The door leading to the treasure room. Once the door fully opened, he peeked at the content of the area. He found bags full of goods -Probably gold and things of value-. He couldn't take everything there was, but he took the biggest bags and, of course, as much as he could. He then took the possessions out of the bags, to put it in the biggest bag. That way, he only had to transport one pack. Once it was done, he headed toward the door from which he came in and made his way out of the building.
Once outside, he took a big breath of air.
"There are almost no differences from the building I came in, except there's no ceiling," He thought. It was true. The air was as bad, the city was in ruins and chaos was ruling. "Though it's not as dark." He was born in Sovereign, the biggest city of the world -Or so he thought-. Of course, if it was big, it was rich... Well it was, but not in that part of the city. The poor, the scum, the bandits, the criminals, the heretics and the different persons wouldn't live in the rich quarters. They'd live here, in the place they "belong". The guards wouldn't really give a shit about what happens in there. They think that as long as we don't disturb the other parts, they can let us kill each others. They only watched over the other parts of the city, not where he lived. That is why there was such chaos in that part of the city. Because no one sets rule, everyone ends up doing what they want to do, and others disagree, which brings fights. "How ironic," He thought. "The richest city of the world, tearing itself apart."
But when he thought about it, he came to realize the other parts of the city were similar. From what he knew, riches were fighting to know who would be the next Sovereign. Assassinations were common. Torture and conspiracy really was common. He loves the way the riches fight. Lies, secrets, destroy everything your enemy possesses... And then, destroy him. Delightful. In that part of the city, he had lost the hope of being free, and he got used to being chained. But he realized he was only chained by his feelings.
But still, he had hoped. He was good, before. He thought no one would have to die. He didn't understand why people would fight. He refused to kill, or to hurt other people. That is why he never realized he was already free. As a kid, he was abandoned. Left alone. He was taught to be good with other people. Those values were printed on his heart. He loved his father, but now, only glimpses of his voice reminds in his mind. He'd like to remember the good memories, to remember at least how his father looked, but he knew it wasn't possible. As of his mother, he never knew her. But he never really thought about who she could be.
Being abandoned lead him to feel emotional pain for the first time in his life. He felt abandoned, lost. Unloved. And the worst part about it was that he couldn't understand why. Being left down there, alone, he had to survive. He was almost killed several times... Tortured, kidnapped, burned, robbed, emotionally destroyed... he saw all of his friends die one by one, saw despair in their eyes... It broke him. His psyche was shattered and left to crumbles. He was insane, the reality was mixed with the dream... The only thing that got him out of complete insanity was killing. The feeling that he felt when he killed... Was the only thing that pushed him to go on. He realized he was free now.
So he killed. Over and over again. Reality became more clear, and what was fake, was more fake. He became used to suffering, ended up enjoying it...
He ended up being what the others made him.
As he traveled across the dark streets, he saw something... Strange.
"Gardevoirs?" He thought with astonishment. There was two gardevoirs, talking with a human. Behind them, there was a chariot containing chained humans. Males. He realized those were female gardevoirs. He shivered. He knew what they did to the males... He never would wish to go through it. He may like pain, he was left traumatized by something similar. However, his curiosity had been awakened. He wanted to know what they were plotting. They were discussing far enough, but Diamantes could hear what they were saying.
"How much do you pay for that?" Asked the human. He could sense terror in the human's voice, as if he wanted the moment to end as quickly as possible.
"5 gold pieces, not more," Said one of the gardevoirs.
The human asked, seemingly upset about what he was getting, "But w-why not more?"
The other gardevoir answered, "You think we would pay more for shitty males like those? You should consider yourself lucky to not be in the bunch." As she said that, she turned he glaze steadily towards Diamantes. He flickered. Diamantes hoped it was only his imagination. He had been seen. The gardevoir seemed to turn its eyes towards the human again.
"It's true," He admitted. The gardevoirs were honest when they said they'd pay him, because they did. They then took the chariot full of slaves and went on their way.
A question then popped in Diamantes' mind, "Where are they going?"
Not where, but more, how does the outside world looks? He never had the chance to leave that place... So then, he promised to himself that one day, he'd leave that city.
He followed them a little bit, but his mind began to wander. Soon, his foots would lead him to a tavern without him even knowing it. It was because he didn't really had paid attention to what was happening. As he came back to reality, he realized his legs dragged him over to the tavern. The very fact that his legs leaded him to that place and that it was a coincidence made him smile. He thought, "Why not enter?". After all, he needed to clear his mind, and to think.
He liked taverns. Maybe to drink, but his big reason was because he loved to fight. Well, he never actually became drunk, because he was always careful with it. He had seen how alcohol was used to manipulate minds. And he has seen the consequences of it on late terms. He actually never gets drunk. He drinks enough to be healthy. Just enough.
After hiding his loot, he pushed on the door, taking his time to do so. Yes, he was still thinking. He had never really seen that tavern. When the door was fully opened, he walked in.
"Hey, guys, look who ca...cam-came here!" The voice came over from his left. He looked at his interlocutor. It was a fat drunken guy. He had a crew of well-armed guys behind him.
"What do you want?" Responded Diamantes, a voice full of aggressiveness. He didn't like the tone of the person talking to him. He was aware of the guys behind the man.
The heavy man seemed surprised to be answered, but then said, "Gh-Give me all your... money?" He really looked stupid.
The long haired boy responded, "You can have it... When I'll be dead, that is."
To Diamantes' astonishment, the fat man only said back, "Okay."
"Great, he already made me lose my time," thought Diamantes. He walked up to the barman, but was interrupted by a hooded man.
"You look perfect for the work I have for you," The mysterious man said. And aura of power was running in the air around the man of darkness.
Diamantes asked, "What work?"
"Kill that man, and I'll be proud of you. 500 000 gold pieces if you get it," Said the man. Proud? A weird word for Diamantes' ears. The sentence about the 500 000 gold pieces got his attention.
"500 000 gold pieces?! That's too much to be normal. But I can't let that chance run away from me, because if it's a true deal, then I'll be able to get away from that city," reckoned Diamantes. 5 gold pieces was already much for a thief like him, especially since he was in Low-Sovereign. So, he, of course, was astonished at the huge number.
If it was bronze pieces, it wouldn't be as much.
In that part of the world, the economy worked like that: Platinum pieces were the most valuable, as it took 100 000 gold pieces to gather it. The next high value money was the gold pieces. It took at least 100 silver pieces to gather one, and sometimes, it took even higher. For the silver pieces, it takes 100 bronze pieces. The value of these changed all the time and depending of the place you're in, they are more or less valuable.
Of course, Diamantes wouldn't let that chance slip. It would be crazy to do so.
He answered, trying to sound as much friendly as possible, "Of course! Who is the target?" He tried to sound friendly more because of the fact that he didn't want to make one enemy, especially one that could make you so rich.
The hooded figure showed him a paper, with a very precise drawing, the image of one of the highest lords of the city, and then said, "Lord Almargral II, council of the braves, in High-Sovereign."
Diamantes exclaimed, "Yes! Of course I'll kill him!"
He knew the risks he was taking, but it was worth taking if it was for 500 000 gold pieces.
"Thank you. You looked like the one who was the most fit for that work," with a movement of the head, the hooded assassin signified he understood, and then, walked away. He stopped just before the door, and said to Diamantes, "And, if you want a bonus, I'll have another bounty for you once you'll kill the target. Meet me at the tavern named The Spider's Web, and we shall talk about it."
Diamantes nodded, observing the hooded man's movements. Unnatural, slow and calculated perfectly. The aura of power surrounding the man of darkness sent shivers down Diamantes' spine.
He stayed in place, in awe, only thinking about that encounter.
Another bandit without value approached Diamantes, saying, "Hey, what did you two talk 'bout?"
Diamantes slowly turned around, and responded, "We were talking about how I fucked your mother." He observed the bandit's features. He was very tall, very muscular, the upper part of his face covered by a mask. He wore a very flexible attire, made with black tissue. He had a large and tall scimitar, and a few knives as well as a couple of little pistols.
After hearing Diamantes' saying, the bandit's face twisted into an expression of hatred, and was seemingly very offended, "What did you say?! GUYS, WE'VE GOT AN IDIOT HERE!"
Diamantes mocked his adversary, "Shut up. You sound like a baby and you're making too much noise." He hated idiots like him.
Diamantes heard his opponent roar, and then received a hit on the head. The attack was powerful enough to push Diamantes back.
Well, the bandit wasn't too bad at attack.
"YOU DON'T TALK THAT WAY TO ALAERUST!" Screamed the bandit. Everyone in the tavern stopped their activity and looked at the fight. Whispers shout through the tavern, one saying "The pale guy is crazy, he'll die," or, "With the way the black-haired one talked, it sure sounds like he's sure he'll win."
Diamantes rushed back at Alaerust, and used his fists to deliver a powerful impact to Alaerust's stomach, to cut Alaerust's breath. "You know, your name is kinda dull," joked Diamantes. Alaerust then received a well placed kick between the legs, and a punch in the ribs. Alaerust's body not resistant enough to weight those hits, fell down on the floor. Diamantes then kicked his body, just to be sure he wouldn't wake up to soon. The blood colored the wooden floor with red, and the crowd went silent.
"Anyone else?" Diamantes asked to the crowd. He heard no answers. He decided he had enough of that tavern. It was full of idiots, and the hooded figure troubled him.
"Kill a lord... What did I get myself into?" muttered Diamantes to himself, with a troubled mind. This encounter, was strange, and he was exhausted.
"Well, I will have to do it now," Whispered Diamantes.
Whoooooo, what will happen? Where is the lord? Will Diamantes succeed? What is the council? Will I be too lazy to even write the next chapter? Will those questions even be answered? Will Diamantes and a gardevoir fuck (Probably not soon at all), will I stop asking stupid questions, will I- Ugh, you got the point. You'll see in the next chapter of Sovereign!
Thoughts? Share them in the reviews! I will happily answer your questions in the next chapter's Author Notes!
I've had difficulties finding my words sometimes. If you notice bad use of a word or simply an error, please forgive me. English isn't my first language. Also, People might have noticed the time it took me to update my profile. Well, that is because I didn't have time, and had to plan Sovereign. The truth is, Sovereign came into my mind after I wrote the second chapter of Start of The adventure. By the way, I promised I wouldn't delete it, but by the time I had to write this chapter, I improved my English and just thought "Start of the adventure just isn't the type of thing I want to write anymore. It's also bad." Please forgive me about that one. I've also grew confidence in myself. Now, I am more confident with my fics and I put everything I had into writing this chapter. Editing took me so long, and planning too. And I had to manage with my errors.
If you could review, favorite and follow, you don't even know how much of a moral boost it would be for me! I'm not forcing you, you know, but it would be appreciated. Thank you very much! Also, thanks for taking your time to read this! That's all for today!
See you!
