Okay ... I published many (unfinished yet) stories, both in french and english on my account, but none of them really satisfies me (and that's partially why all of them are unfinished.). Most look like total crap when I read them again, and I've oftently felt like deleting them all. BUT, I had a rather nice idea (or so I think, at least) for a new fanfic, and I'd like to have my -few- readers' opinion about it. It will, like usual, be about the Harry Potter's book, set instead of the latest one, Deathly Hallows, wich (I had to say it somewhere) doesn't satisfies me : too many people die, and the whole plot wasn't like I wanted it to be. But, if I'm not Harry Potter's author, I am at least the author of this possible fanfiction, and I want you readers to tell me what you think of this idea before I decide wether I'll write it or not !
The main characters would be : The Golden Trio, and especially Hermione Granger who happens to be my fav' feminine character, The Silver Trio and especially Draco Malfoy, who's a sort of hero to this fanfic, along with Ginny Weasley and the Weasley twins, Luna Lovegood and Neville Longbottom. Severus Snape is also very likely to make and appearance, as well as the memories of Mr. Regulus Arcturus Black, who's my real fav' character 3
It'd be set, as I said, during the end of Harry's 6th year at Hogwarts, and later on, during his 7th. It begins when, on the top of that tower, Draco fails at killing Dumbledore, so Snape has to do it for him ; but, instead of running away with him, Draco stays in place, frozen, unable to believe that Dumbledore's last words concerned his redemption. After his death, a lot of things change : students start feeling insecure at Hogwarts, except for our usual favorite characters ( aka Harry, Ron, Hermione and all of their acquaintances ...) ; The Ministry of Magic send some people looking for Draco, to put him in Azkaban, since, during that night, nobody except Harry, Snape and the Death Eaters saw him, but as Harry witnessed what really happened and realized that he might have been wrong all along about him, he helps him escape from them, and Draco ends up hidding in the Room Of Requirement. In spite of all the students coming home terrorized by the raise of the Dark Lord, the Golden Trio, some Slytherins and a bunch of their friends decide to stay at Hogwarts during the summer ; An idea finally come to them, as the final battle approaches, by coming every now and then to see Malfoy in this so familiar room : Dumbledore saved them all, at least once, and they made a vow of staying faithful to his memory ; Then, in order to fight against the Dark Lord, in order to protect everything that Dumbledore believed in, to save everything that he built, Dumbledore's Army will know its revival, in the same room where it had been created only a year ago but, this time, with the help of Draco Malfoy, Pany Parkinson and Blaise Zabini ...
Main pairings (since, even if it's about fighting and winning and defending Hogwarts, there'll still be some romance 3) are : Hermione/Draco, Blaise/Ginny, Harry/Luna, Ron/Pansy.
If you like it (I can promise it will be written way better than the summary is written, and it must be pretty long ... like about 20 chapters or a bit less), just say so. If at least, ONE person says that she'll read it, I'll take the time to write it.
