I wanted to play the violin so I could be closer to him. Now, he only seems farther. I know Mama says he doesn't but I'm sure that he looks just like her. I know Papa says that I'm never to see him again but I asked that nice girl to ask if he'll be my big brother anyway. I hope he says yes because I've always wanted a big brother like him. Maybe one day we'll play the violin together for Mama and Papa. I can't wait for that day but for now, I'm just happy to know he's there. Uh-oh, I'd better go back home. It's almost time to pick up Papa and I don't want Mama to worry.
Momo began to scurry away through the "secret" hole in the large estate wall. 'She came to listen again today' thought Momiji. It was just the day before that Tohru had told him Momo was always coming to see him in secret and watch him play. 'I'm so glad! Momo is so cute! I hope you become a great musician one day Momo!'
A few days later…
"What an eventful day at school today huh, Haru?" Momiji said with an undying grin on his face.
"Without the sophomores around the high school seems pretty empty." Haru replied with a blank expression.
"That's why I had to liven things up! Everyone seemed so down."
"Just be a bit more careful. Hatori wouldn't be too happy with us if there was an incident without Yuki or Kyo there to bail us out."
"Don't worry! I'll be careful!"
"See you tomorrow Momiji." And with that Haru turned a corner where he seemed to be swallowed up by the crowds.
"Bye Haru!"
Momiji was so preoccupied with saying his goodbye that he almost ran into a small girl with short blonde wavy hair. Thankfully he turned around just in time to prevent the collision and the transformation.
"Mo-Momiji?" asked the girl looking up at him.
'This girl is…Momo?!'
