Disclaimer: I do not own Doctor Who or Jack or Martha or anything else of somebody's concern that is a problem (in other words, anything somebody might want to sue me for).
I know I haven't written in a while, but I've been doing real things, which is strange, I know. I've had a class and I had to hang with my friends and go to like a movie and hang with my friend some more and it's really been a friend-oriented week.
I actually wrote this story yesterday night, but I was lazy and didn't publish it until tonight. Anyway, it's another continuation Jack/Martha story.
"So, are you going to go be normal for a little bit again?" Jack asked as he and Martha stepped into the airport from the plane. "Or are you going to take more people to deadly productions of Cinderella?"
Martha rolled her eyes and laughed a bit. "They don't do that around here I don't think. We're too classy."
"Oh," Jack laughed. "Totally classy. I'm like classiest guy there is. I mean, everything I do is classy. I work for an alien foundation, I'm immortal, and I just adore drinking tea."
Martha laughed. "You know what I mean. American people are just so reckless. We wouldn't have defective glass slippers."
"Yeah, about that," Jack ran his fingers through his hair, "does my hair look a bit darker now?"
Martha rolled her eyes again and glanced at his hair. "It doesn't look any different at all."
Jack sighed. "That's what I love about you. You're just so honest, so truthful, so down to earth. You don't waste time with people's feelings."
"Very funny," Martha said sarcastically. "If I was honest I wouldn't have told the ambulance you had hardly even been knocked out and you were fine when you had died."
"Oh," Jack said, holding his hands up, "I wasn't saying always. But touché, you're right."
"Thank you," Martha said, laughing. "When are you going back to Torchwood?"
"Monday. I'll see you again soon, Martha. Don't worry. I think I'd risk taking another plane if we could go to Australia. How about it?"
Martha smiled. "Okay, then. Melbourne would be fabulous I think."
"See the impact I have?" Jack said, grinning. "Thanks to me, Martha Jones is agreeing to go to Australia and saying the word 'fabulous.' I'm just really amazing, aren't I?"
Martha flung her arms around him, laughing. "Oh, a little bit."
Did you like it? I hope so! I've been off writing for a bit but my routine is still going strong!
Please review if you liked it! In case you're curious, I have no idea whatsoever when this story is going to end. I'm not good at weddings or anything, but I don't intend on a breakup, so it could go for years. I really don't know.
It's just sort of a happy, easy story! And maybe you want them to be in chapters instead of separate stories, but I find nobody views those as much cause they want a quick easy story. You can pretty much pick up at any point in these stories, which is good.
Linley :)
