"Vanille...are you sure we should be doing this? Like, do you even know where your going?"
Hope and his friend, Vanille, had been separated from the others, having wandered off alone. The silverette trusted that Vanille knew her way back, following the red-ish haired girl through gran pulse.
"Of course I do, silly~!" The bubbly natured girl replied, happily leading the way, although you could tell that she had no clue where to go. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
They continued to explore the area, still seeing no sign of the other l'cie. It was getting dark, if they didn't find them soon, they would have to seek shelter alone.
To make matters worse, as if the silverette couldn't find any more cons, it began to rain, catching the two friends right in the middle of it.
"Oh great..." The redhead sighed, her voice trailing off as she tried to think of what to do.
In the distance, quite plain to see if you knew what to look for, was something almost like a cave. The two teenagers couldn't quite make out /exactly/ what it was, but it was shelter at least. They agreed that it would be best not to look for the others right now, since the rain was only getting stronger.
After a while, they both fell asleep, lying several feet away from each other to avoid awkwardness.
As the sun began to rise, bringing on the next day, Hope and Vanille had managed to unconsciously move closer to each other, now unknowingly hugging in their sleep. The sound of footsteps and several people talking began to grow closer, now right next to the silverette and his friend.
"Hey guys! Found em'!"
The two l'cie were still fast asleep, having not heard the voice of a man standing over them. If they had been conscious, it would have been obvious who this person was.
More footsteps followed after that, a few of the anonymous voices beginning to chuckle and laugh.
"Kiddo, hey! Wake up!"
Hope felt someone shaking him by the shoulder, instantly waking him up. "W-what?" His eyes snapped open to see Snow and the other l'cie standing over them both, clearly trying not to laugh and failing terribly. Vanille awoke moments later, having heard the commotion.
The silverette then noticed he had been hugging Vanille in his sleep, blushing bright crimson.
"I-it's not what you think!"
