"Oh, Skyfire," the seeker cried out with glee as he shot up from his spot on the cell floor. He hurried over to the bar and peered out, watching the shuttle with a smile tugging at his lips. It was the third day of his capture by the Autobots and this was the first time he'd seen his old (and possibly only) friend. This meant that he would not be lashed out upon or ignored, he could finally speak to someone and have an interesting conversation, which he had been dying to have. However, it didn't seem that things were going to go his way, then again, when did they ever? "Sky?"
The shuttle didn't even look at him, he just walked past the cell without another word. He barely noted how the seeker seemed to recoil a bit in confusion, his smile slipping slightly. The scientist merely leaned against a nearby wall and took interest in a data pad that he had been looking over for Wheeljack, continuing to ignore his former friend. Yes, former. The seeker didn't deserve his friendship after everything that had happened. He knew of the shuttle's feelings for him, that he loved him and his rather flamboyant ways, and yet he still betrayed him. He lied, forgotten what Skyfire was really like. He did horrible things and expected the shuttle to join, and he almost did if it wasn't for the Autobots clearing things up. Then he did the most horrifying thing yet; he turned completely on him, leaving him cold and empty.
Then, when the seeker was captured by the Autobots, only because Megatron had abandoned the then-injured seeker on the battlefield, he tried to act as if none of the past had happened. He tried to behave as if they were still in the past, before Skyfire was frozen. He might not be aggressive but he was not going to forgive his former friend so easily. If it wasn't for the fact that they needed someone to take watch from the other bots for a bit, the shuttle wouldn't even be in this general area. However, it seemed that the seeker was not going to give up so easily.
"Sky," the jet whined a bit and moved back to the bars. He extended a hand through the dangerous bars, as if he were reaching out to the shuttle. "You know, you shouldn't be ignoring your old friend. It is not polite and very unlike you."
"Shut up, Decepticon," Skyfire hissed with a glare. "You are not my friend."
The seeker gawked slightly, "Wh—"
"I'm not ready to make nice," the shuttle murmured while standing up. He took long strides out of the room, and allowed the doors to close behind him. He left the seeker alone, leaning his back against the doors, his cooling systems kicking on to try to calm his systems. He was just not ready and he dared not look back, because he knew what look was probably on the young seeker's faceplates. He wasn't ready for that either. He would just have to guard the door because there was no way he could possibly enter that dreaded room once more.
