I do not own Tinkerbell or the characters, just the plot.
It was a bright, sunny morning in Pixie Hollow and our favourite tinker fairy Tinkerbell was just waking up. "Ugh, I feel terrible." She felt more than terrible her head was throbbing, she felt hot all over, and her stomach felt woozy. She tried to get out of bed to go to the bathroom but she was too dizzy and fell back. All she really wanted at that moment was for things to stop spinning so she could get to work.
Suddenly there was a soft knock on her door and her best friend's head poked in. "Morning, Tink," Terrence whispered, just like every morning, but this morning was different, "Whoa Tink, you don't look so good." He looked worriedly at his best friend, she looked really sick. Her pretty little face was flushed red, kind of like when she was mad, and her beautiful azure eyes were overly bright. Slowly he approached her bedside and placed a hand on her forehead but immediately pulled it back, his hand being burnt by her fever. He gasped and gazed down at her, concerned, "Oh Tink, you're sick." She quickly shook her head, which did not help her headache, and said through a sore throat, "No Terrence, I'm fine. Just a little tired, that's all." Terrence shook his head, exasperated, she was being stubborn again.
"No Tink, you are not fine. You're redder than a raspberry and you can barely talk." He saw her weakly try to pull herself up but then her arms shook and she fell back. "Tink!" He sighed softly; if he knew Tink, and he did, he knew that she'd try to get to work at any cost even if it meant her working with a cold and fever. "Tinkerbell…" she knew that if he called her by her whole name he meant business, "You're not getting out of this bed until you get better." "But Terrence, I have to work. I have to finish my assignments for Fairy Mary." Terrence shook his head, like he'd said, she's stubborn, "Tink, it doesn't matter. If you're sick then Fairy Mary will just have to get along with out you for a little while. Now you stay in bed and rest, okay?"
Reluctantly, Tinkerbell settled into bed. Terrence came over and pulled the covers up under her chin gently. "Sleep tight, Tink. I'll be here when you wake up." Slowly her eyes began to drift shut, but before she did she whispered, "Thanks Terrence." Once she was asleep Terrence allowed himself to lean in and kiss her on the forehead. Softly he whispered, "You're welcome, Tink. Sweet dreams."
That's it for chapter one, sorry it's so short. Please review this, I want at least 5 reviews before I continue this. Thanks for reading, let me know if you have any ideas I should add to it to continue this.
