A Gift From My Heart
It was another ordinary day at the Tipton hotel. The sun was shining outside, the birds were chirping, Zack and Cody were shenanigan, and Mr. Moseby was getting frustrated with the twins.
Maddie, the candy counter girl as some people would call her, was bored. Well, of course she was bored, she was working. Maddie grabbed a lock of her blonde hair and started to comb through it.
Suddenly, there was a ding noise by the elevator. London walked out of the elevator once it opened. She walked over to Maddie, who was still playing with her hair.
"Maddie!" London exclaimed, smiling.
"What London?" Maddie replied in a bored tone, still playing with her blonde hair.
"I'm bored!" London announced, still having a big smile on her face.
"So am I, but what can we do about that?" Maddie let go of her hair and looked into London's eyes.
London was silent for a moment, thinking. "I know, how about we go to the mall."
Maddie frowned, "I can't, I have to work."
London pouted, "Who cares? Let's go!" She grabbed Maddie's hand and dragged her out of the hotel. London ignored the shrieks from Maddie and kept walking.
--
Maddie and London were found at the mall. The mall was filled with people. The people were talking, laughing, and having a good time. Numerous of stores were opened. London couldn't wait to get her hands on the latest fashion designs.
The mall was very noisy and also very cold. Maddie crossed her arms over her chest to collect some warmth. London didn't seem to mind the cold.
Maddie frowned, "London, I'm not suppose to be here. I have to get back to work, or else Mr. Moseby will probably fire me!"
London took her eyes off the stores for a moment. "Relax Maddie, we'll get back before Mr. Moseby knows that your gone. So for now, let's go shopping!" London cheered.
Maddie was once again dragged by London into one of her favorite stores. Maddie's mouth gaped open at the clothes. They were beautiful, but she couldn't afford them.
"This is so beautiful." Maddie walked over to an elegant black dress. Maddie checked the price tag. Her eyes widened at the price.
"I wish I could buy this." She silently wished to herself.
London heard her desire.
London slowly walked to Maddie. "You want this?"
Maddie looked at London, "Yeah, but it's okay. I don't think-"
She was cut off by London. "I'll buy this for you."
Maddie's eyes widened. Never has London bought something for someone else. "Really?" She said in a surprised tone.
London nodded her head.
--
"Here you go!" London gave the bag to Maddie that the dress was contained in.
"Thanks!" Maddie smiled.
"We should go back now, huh?" London asked.
Maddie nodded her head. Maddie and London walked to the exit of the mall.
Maddie kept looking at the her bag, knowing that her dress was in there. Also knowing that London bought it for her. She could care less about the dress now. All she needed to know that London cared enough to buy her that dress.
And also London never bought anyone else anything except for her.
That thought made Maddie smile.

You can either think it's just friendship, or perhaps that London probably loves Maddie. Who knows? I hope you enjoyed this though.
