Earth – birthplace of the Human race. For as long as mankind has existed, there have always been people that have wondered about the existence of life beyond the stars, wondering if there really was life out there, if it would ever find them. Even to this day no-one has ever found out the truth.
However, the truth was about to find them, and they were far from prepared...
Somewhere, out in the depths of space, a tiny black ship, careered through the cosmos.
The inside of the ship was pitch black, a humanoid figure wearing what appeared to be full body armour was sleeping in the cramped confines of the vessel.
Suddenly, all the various little switches and buttons started to light up, a tiny monitor in front of the mysterious being's face coming to life, showing two ball-shaped objects, barely bigger than seeds.

Various parts of the ship's exterior popped off with great force, the pieces swiftly floating away at great speed. Blue lights appeared where the parts had been, the ship starting to speed up, hurtling towards the Earth at astonishing speed.
Within minutes it passed the moon before entering the atmosphere. Most people would have found the experience absolutely terrifying, but the being remained still, as if completely unaffected by the fierce shaking of the ship or the rapidly increasing size of the planet before him in the monitor.
As the ship flew through the atmosphere, more parts of the ship came away. A brilliant white light surrounded the ship. The being could no longer see anything as the light encompassed both the outside and the inside of the vessel.
Moments later, the ship slammed into the Earth's surface...
