/ Chapter 1 / Story: Mistaken for A foal/ by Matt11/-/

The birds were chirping as they fed their young, the hummingbirds hummed, and the wind breezed across the land.

Fillies and colts exited out of the school house. All of them were excited. It was the weekend, which meant they didn't need to worry about homework or teachers yelling at them for being late.

But today was a great day for a special little filly named Scootaloo. Today she was going to Cloudsdale to meet Spitfire with her hero and big sister Rainbow Dash.

The little filly was in the clubhouse with her two crusader friends, bouncing around happily and telling her friends where she'd be going, Scootaloo had been waiting for this for weeks. Scootaloo remembered Rainbow Dash was a part of the Wonderbolts team. She joined a few weeks after the Equestria games. Spitfire decided why not just let her be a member. She had proven to be good with speed.

Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle both yawned out of boredom. Scootaloo hadn't stopped talking about this for weeks now. They could understand her excitement but it was really starting to get old. However, as much as they hated it they still listened. They did not want to hurt Scootaloo's feelings.

Scootaloo finished telling her friends about how much she waited for this day. Sure, she wasn't really a big fan of the Wonderbolts, but if she got to spend time with her sister then it was worth it.

After hours of talking with one another about what they had planned for a crusade next week they all said their goodbyes and Scootaloo headed on home. She wasn't too thrilled about going home. Her mother was always a little embarrassing.

When she got home Scootaloo pushed the door open, and walked in. She was tackled into a loving hug by her mother Dizzy Twister. As much as Scootaloo loved her mother she could be very embarrassing most of the time.

Dizzy Twister gave Scootaloo a lot of kisses on the forehead. "Are you hurt? Did you get an Owey today?" This only made Scootaloo frown "I'm fine, Mom. How could I get hurt? Besides, I'm a tough little filly."

"Heh, you're right. Besides, you're just too cute." Scootaloo let out a barf sound. Dizzy Twister went to get some supper ready and told Scootaloo to wait in her room.

Once Scootaloo made it in her room she let out a soft sigh. She was an only child and the closest thing to a sister she had was Rainbow dash, but she smiled at that. She didn't need any other ponies besides her mom, her friends, and Rainbow Dash to make her happy.

As she got in her room she decided to chillax for a while. There wasn't really that much for her to do in her room. She wasn't the kind of pony to just buy things and play with them. Besides, she preferred being with her sister or her friends more.

Soon it was time for dinner. They had hay burgers and hay fries. After eating Scootaloo went to bed. She had to get ready for a wonderful day tomorrow.

The night went by fast for little Scootaloo. She had an exciting dream of flying with Rainbow Dash, and she even dumped a bucket of water on Diamond Tiara, though she was sad it ended when she woke up.

After eating breakfast and saying goodbye to her mother, the filly made it to Rainbow's cloud home. It wasn't much of a surprise to see that her big sis was asleep.

Scootaloo rolled her eyes. This wasn't the first time Rainbow Dash overslept, "HEY, RAINBOW DASH! WAKE UP!" she yelled.

Rainbow Dash bolted awake. "Huh, wha… oh, hi, squirt. I didn't realize it was time already."

Rainbow Dash put her Wonderbolt uniform on and in ten seconds flat made it down to Scootaloo, who praised her for her awesomeness.

Rainbow Dash bent down to Scootaloo's level and said "Come on, squirt. Climb on. We don't want to be late for an awesome day, do we?" she said, smiling at her.

"Course we don't, Rainbow Dash," Scootaloo said, climbing on her back. She wrapped her hooves around her neck so she wouldn't fall off.

As Rainbow Dash flew to the Wonderbolt academy with her passenger she let the little filly feel the fresh breeze across her face. This was where Spitfire and the other members would be, but getting a chance to let Scootaloo see Spitfire would be awesome.

As she landed near Spitfire's office Scootaloo jumped off and bounced up and down excitedly. Rainbow Dash couldn't help but giggle at the foal. "Aw, Scoots, you're going to have fun." The two walked off to Spitfire's office.

When they arrived Scootaloo was able to shake hooves with Spitfire and talk with the mighty Wonderbolt, but soon one of Spitfire's body guards came in explaining that she and Rainbow Dash were needed for a meeting.

"Can I come, Rainbow dash?" Scootaloo asked. She was having fun so far and truly didn't want it to end.

"Sorry, squirt, but this is for bigger ponies." She ruffled Scootaloo's mane a bit. "Besides, its boring. How about you wait in that room out there?" She pointed a hoof at the room for baby and toddler foals.

Scootaloo was confused about why there was even a room for foals, but then again maybe parents send foals there to train to be Wonderbolts. The thought of a foal being a Wonderbolt made Scootaloo giggle.

So Scootaloo listened to her big sister and went into the room. When she got in it was actually empty surprisingly, all she saw was a nursery with diapers and other stuff.

"Ah you must be the new foal I have to watch today," said an old looking pegasus. "My name is Honey Sugar." She was a grey pegasus and had a hard time seeing with her eyes. She was a little blind and could only see blurry things but she handled her job with care.

Scootaloo scratched her head, confused at the mare standing in front of her. "Um, I'm not a foal. I'm a filly," she said, a little scared. This mare was obviously mistaken.
Honey Sugar picked Scootaloo up and placed her on her back. "Okay, lets get you diapered and padded, my little pony," she said as she brought the young filly to the nursery, setting Scootaloo down on the changing mat she buckled Scootaloo in so she couldn't get away.

Bending down she got a pink diaper from the shelf. She even got some pink mittens and put them on Scootaloo. She then unfolded the diaper and slid it underneath Scootaloo's rump.

Scootaloo wiggled a little, trying to get away. "What the hay is wrong with you? I'm not a foal!" She tried getting the diaper off with her hooves but due to the mitten she couldn't really do that.

"Aw, wittle foal is cranky. But don't worry. I got something to fix that." Pulling out a pink pacifier and tying it around Scootaloo's neck she popped it in her mouth.

Scootaloo crossed her hooves together. It seemed there was really nothing she could do. Getting out of the diaper was meaningless so she decided to play along. At least Rainbow Dash hadn't seen her… or her mother.

Honey Sugar smiled warmly at Scootaloo. "Now, lets continue. Can you tell me your name, cutie?" she asked as she got some foal powder and spread it over Scootaloo's bottom.

She put the powder down and started to tape the pink diaper over Scootaloo. Once she finished she pinched her softly on the cheeks. "Aww, you're so cute."

"I'm not cute," she said, crossing her hooves as she looked away, annoyed.

Honey picked Scootaloo up and placed her inside a playpen which had many foalish items inside. Plushie's were piled up, blocks were on the floor, and a few dolls and rattles were down there.

"So whats your name little one?" Honey asked. If she was going to watch over this foal she needed to know her name first.

"My names Scootaloo," she said softly but not audible enough for the old mare to hear.

"What's that, dearie?" Honey asked, putting a hoof to her ear.

"I said my names Scootaloo" she said, heaving a big sigh as she rolled her eyes.

"Aw, what a wonderful name for a cute wittle foal Such as yourself." She used her hoof to push Scootaloo closer towards the toys. "Now, why don't you play and after you play for a couple hours I'll get you something sweet to eat." Walking over to a rocking chair she sat down, watching Scootaloo's every move.

Scootaloo wobbled over to a mirror, getting a good look at herself as she blushed deeply. "This is soooo embarrassing," she thought. Seeing as she really couldn't get out of this mess she decided to play with some of the toys. It wasn't like she had anything else to do, and just sitting there doing nothing for the next few hours would have made her die from boredom.

Her diaper crinkled as she walked over to the blocks. She sat down on her diapered rump and started building the blocks, stacking them one at a time. In Scootaloo's mind this felt odd, and she couldn't wrap her mind around it. Why was that pony treating her like a three year old foal? This question kept bobbing around her mind.

Scootaloo finished stacking the blocks into a tower and once she did she pushed the blocks with her hooves causing them to fall over, and she giggled a little.

After an hour Scootaloo's tummy grumbled loudly, causing the caretaker to take notice. She put down the newspaper she was reading and got up. Scootaloo jumped a little. She hadn't realized she'd be this hungry.

Honey walked over to the playpen and opened the gate. She then picked up Scootaloo and carried her to the kitchen. Once she made it in there she placed Scootaloo in a high chair and locked it down tight so she wouldn't get hurt.

Scootaloo frowned. This was really getting annoying. She tried getting out of the chair but her efforts were for naught. "Ugh, this is so stupid. Can't you see I'm a grown filly?" she asked Honey.

Honey simply smiled. "Aww, for a foal I must say you can talk very well. Lets get you some good food, then you can take a nice nap." Walking over to the cabinet she pulled out a small jar with foal food in it. It was strawberry flavored.

Honey walked over to Scootaloo and opened the jar. Picking up a small spoonful she pushed it toward the filly. "Okay! Open up! Come on, choo choo." She made train sounds as she tried getting Scootaloo to eat.

Scootaloo crossed her hooves together. With a huff she decided to just open her mouth, "Its not like anypony I know will see me, and I am hungry. It can't taste that bad," she thought as she took her first bite. She chewed on it slowly and swallowed it, then smiled.

"Yum, that was actually better than I thought it would taste," she said as she opened her mouth, ready for the next spoonful. Once she was finished Honey gave Scootaloo some warm milk.

Scootaloo closed her eyes as she drank nice and slow. The sweet warm milk going down her throat felt so good and made her feel warm inside. Scootaloo hadn't realized it but while she was drinking she had started to wet herself.

Once Scootaloo was finished Honey put the bottle of milk down and started to pat Scootaloo's back. Scootaloo let out a big burp, and blushed deep red. "Excuse me," she softly said.

"Aww, it's okay, wittle foal. Now lets put somepony to bed," she said, booping Scootaloo on the nose.

Scootaloo's eyes closed slowly. "Strange. I wasn't tired before. I guess I could use a quick nap," she said.

Honey noticed a yellow stain on the diaper. "First lets get you changed," she said as she walked into the nursery and began the same process. Once Scootaloo was changed into a fresh new diaper she put a Wonderbolt onesie on her and put her in the crib, then kissed Scootaloo on the forehead, "Nighty Night. Don't let the bedbugs bite." She turned off the light and left the room.

Two hours had passed by and Rainbow Dash and Spitfire decided to check on Scootaloo. Their meeting had ended and Rainbow was ready to go home.

"So, Rainbow Dash, what room did you tell her to wait in?" Spitfire asked a little curious.

"Oh, just some room that said foals," she said, realizing that room was for baby's, not filly's. "Oh..."

As they approached the room Spitfire opened the door and walked in with Rainbow Dash. As they got in Spitfire saw a filly sleeping in the crib. This truly didn't surprise her. "At least today is that mare's last day on the job…," she thought.

Spitfire walked over to Dash "Hey, Dash. Wake up the kid. Sorry this happened, Dash. Uh, this happened last week with another filly. Now I need to have a talk with Honey." She saluted Rainbow Dash and walked off.

Rainbow Dash blinked a few times, trying to understand what just happened. She looked in the crib and saw Scootaloo asleep in an onesie. She poked at her a few times, "Hey, Scoots. Wake up, kid." She was trying her best not to laugh.

Scootaloo let out a soft yawn, stretching her wings. She sucked on her pacifier as she went wided-eye seeing Dash in front of her. She spat the pacifier out in disgust. "Uh… hi."

Rainbow Dash tried putting on a smile, still doing her best not to burst out laughing. "I, uh... hi, squirt. I guess you had one wild ride today, haven't you?" she asked, knowing what the answer will be. Scootaloo only nodded and blushed.

Rainbow Dash bent down and got Scootaloo out of there. She removed the onesie and the other foalish things. Luckily Scootaloo was dry otherwise Dash wouldn't have been able to hold her laughter in much.

"Okay, squirt. You've been through a lot. Want to get Spitfire's autograph?" she asked, seeing as this was kinda her fault.

Scootaloo shook her head. "Nah, it's okay. I don't need Spitfire's autograph. I already got my hero right here" she said, smiling.

Rainbow Dash gave Scootaloo a hug. "Uh, lets just take you home. I'm sure you won't want your mom knowing of this, eh?" she said as Scootaloo only shuck her head.

Rainbow couldn't hold it in any more. "Of course I'M always going to know about it." She began cracking up. She gave Scootaloo a few pats on the head. "But let's just keep this between you and me, hmm? Okay, Scootababy?"

Scootaloo groaned, letting out a sigh. She knew Dash was going to mess with her head for the next week or so, but she could take it knowing Dash wouldn't tell anyone else. She would forever remember this to be the most embarrassing thing to have ever happened to her.
