"I cannot believe I'm doing this." Dean shook his head, though there was a grin plastered on his face. He was looking into the mirror, making sure his tie was straight. His palms were sweating and his heart was racing. He stood in the master bedroom of the massive house where he, his brother and his angel lived. A soft knock at the door brought Dean back to reality. "Come on in." Following Dean's instructions, Sam quietly opened the door and entered the room.
"Hey buddy, how you doin'?" Sam asked, inspecting Dean's black tuxedo, "Can you even dress yourself?" Sam asked laughing at his brother. He walked over and fixed Dean's collar.
"Mostly I'm fine. Pretty nervous which is stupid, I mean, does getting married in heaven even count? Or does it make it 10 times more official?" Dean raised an eyebrow. It wouldn't have mattered either way; Dean was going to marry his angel. "Anyway, you look good buddy." Dean grinned, putting a hand on Sam's shoulder. Sam was wearing a light grey suit jacket, over a white button up shirt that was cut to absolute perfection. A beautiful white flower sat was pinned to the breast pocket. After many months in heaven, Cas and Dean finally decided to make things official. A huge wedding and reception was planned in celebration. "Did you see Cas yet?" Dean asked his brother curiously. The engagement was definitely Castiel's idea. Honestly Dean never saw himself getting married. Meeting his angel sort of changed everything.
"I did. He is as nervous as you." Sam rolled his eyes, "Everyone is waiting. It's time to head down to now." Dean took one last glance in the mirror before following his brother out the door. As he headed down the flight of stairs leading to the backyard he could hear the sound of music and chatting. At least 300 people and angels made an appearance, including Bobby, Ellen, Jo and Sam and Dean's parents. The large mansion where Dean and Castiel lived was surrounded by rolling hills. Pews were set up down each side of the aisle which lay beside the house. As he got closer to where the ceremony was being held the first thing he noticed was Cas. His angel standing at the alter wearing a suite exactly like his. Instead of a tie, he was wearing a bowtie which the hunter thought looked incredibly adorable. Castiel's knuckles were white from clenching his fists so tightly. "You weren't kidding about the being nervous thing." Dean whispered to his brother; a grin creeping over his features. Since it wasn't exactly a 'traditional' wedding Dean simply joined Castiel at the altar, instead of one of them walking down the aisle in a wedding dress. They both joked about it though, Dean saying maybe they should flip a coin for it. Castiel's almost stopped breathing when he saw Dean's form in front of him. He gripped his hunters hand and smiled. "Hi." Dean whispered, kissing the angel on the cheek.
"You look…" Castiel's voice trailed off as he looked into the beautiful green eyes of his future husband.
"Hot? Dashing? Perfect?" Dean winked, flashing a cocky grin. The angel rolled his eyes at the hunter and failed to keep a straight face. "How do I look?" Cas asked, fiddling with his bow tie.
"Hot. Dashing. Perfect." Dean pressed a kiss to the Angels forehead. After a few more minutes the angel that was leading the service stepped up to the altar, and began the ceremony. After the exchanging of vows the priest announced that Dean may kiss his Angel. The Hunter gripped Castiel's face in his hands and softly brushed their lips together. The whole crowd stood on their feet with applause. After they broke the kiss they kept their faces within inches of each other. "I love you." Dean whispered, "Always."
