Author's note: Super short one-shot. Sorry about Capture the Flag, just waiting on some things.

So: This takes place on Valentine 's Day, and Annabeth has something special planned for Percy. Will she be able to keep it a secret?

Annabeth's POV

Tomorrow is Valentine's Day. I wonder if Percy forgot about it. Ah, well, I have a good idea planned for tomorrow. I just have to prepare tonight... I hope Percy's a heavy sleeper.
That night I snuck to the Poseidon cabin, hoping that Percy was asleep. He was. I opened the door and quietly taped my note to it. Good. He didn't even stir. Now, the rest of the preparations would be a breeze.

Percy's POV

Ohhhh. I'm still tired. I don't want to wake up. I opened my eyes tiny bit. Ouch! That was bright. Opening my eyes a little more, I noticed something white on the cabin door. Sleepily, I got out of bed and made my way to the door. It was a note of some kind. I pulled it off the door and read it.
Percy-
Come to the beach tonight at seven. -Annabeth

Okay... That was unlike Annabeth.

What did I miss? Was it her birthday? "Hey, Connor, what day is it today?"
"Saturday."
Not quite the answer I thought I was going to get. "Thanks, Connor."

Walking past the Hera cabin, I saw Rachel. "Do you know anything special about today Rachel?"
"It's Valentine's Day. Did you forget again?"
"I did."I sighed.

The rest of the day, I didn't see Annabeth at all, because I was so busy helping Chiron teach sword fighting, then setting up a game of Capture the Flag. I didn't have time to wonder what Annabeth's surprise was.

Annabeth's POV

"Clarisse, can you help me carry this to the beach?" I asked, struggling with a table and chairs. I was setting up me surprise for Percy.

'Why?" Clarisse replied.

'It's for a surprise for Percy."

"Sure, I'll help.'
I hope he likes my idea for Valentine's Day. I love him. He's the sweetest boyfriend ever. I love when he smiles, because his sea-green eyes light up and he looks so happy.

Percy's POV

That night, at six fifty, I walked over to the beach. At I neared the sandy part, I went around a bend, and there was a table set for two with candles for lighting. It was so beautiful. Annabeth was sitting on one of the chairs, and she watched my expression, amused.

"Happy Valentine's Day, Seaweed Brain." She said.

Annabeth's POV

Setting up the table and the food wasn't that hard, except I didn't want Percy to see. I asked Chiron for help in distracting Percy. Based on the fact that Percy seemed surprised, I think that Chiron did a good job of distracting him.

We ate and talked. It was so peaceful and it was the best Valentine's Day day I'd had.
