Hey 100 fans! This is a very rough, short one shot that just refused to get out of my head. I couldn't believe Lexa was so hypocritical. Hope you enjoy.
Clarke felt her heart break when Lexa didn't deny making a deal with the mountain men. Everything she had done, all that time used to make an alliance and plans and Lexa had thrown it down the drain. She stared shell shocked, eyes begging Lexa to change her mind, panicking as the door slammed shut and Lexa ordered her army away. "May we meet again." Lexa calmly stated as she turned away and finally Clarke felt the anger come.
"May we meet again? Are you joking? I see you again and I may just kill you." Clarke yelled at her but Lexa didn't even turn. Clarke stepped forward and grabbed her arm. "You're a hypocrite, you know that. Blood must have blood remember? I killed Finn for this alliance. I killed a good guy who wanted a truce before any of us thought of trying and all because he made a mistake!"
Clarke felt elated when this made Lexa turn around and storm back towards her. "A mistake? Your good guy killed 18 unarmed innocents!" Lexa spat at her.
Clarke didn't flinch. "Yes he did. After months of being constantly on guard for attacks from your people, months of jumping at the slightest movement out of the corner of our eyes! He was leaving when your man moved and his body reacted without thought. And you know what? He felt horrible about what happened. You demanded vengeance for his kills and he gave himself up. Blood must have blood after all. Yet here is a man who has spent decades capturing and torturing your people. A man who turned your people into monsters before sending them to attack their own families. He kept them in cages and drained their blood, treating them like livestock, treated Anya like livestock. That man deserves to die. Finn's victims died instantly and you wanted to torture him, that bastard tortures and he's allowed to live without a fight. I thought you were a fighter Lexa, willing to fight for what's right. Guess I was wrong. I'm done wasting my time with you. Leave Lexa, and I will avenge your people for you." With that Clarke stalked off head held high to the mines. She might not have an army anymore but Octavia would be there and if Earth has taught them anything, it was to fight till the end. The Commander stared after her, frozen in guilt.
