A/N: I'm just shooting out one-shot drabbles lately! Based on a quote by Ellen Parr. Enjoy!

Boredom

With the dainty Bianca, her chronic condition was that of boredom. With an almost high pitched whine in her voice, she approached her most trusted maid with this predicament. "Boredom," Tabatha had replied patiently, "is the desire for desires."

"But what can I do to get rid of it?" Bianca asked hurriedly.

A thoughtful look crossed the elf's face. "Curiosity and experience."

And with that piece of advice, Bianca had informed her father that she was going out for the day.

Many hours later, when dusk was firmly planted outside the mansion, the blue-haired girl had come in, covered in dust and dirt, muttering something about Mist being a slave driver. Tabatha covered her mouth, fighting back a chuckle. Bianca stomped over to her, silent for a moment, then said to the elf, "You can take the day off tomorrow. I'll be your maid for a day, because I want to see what that's like."

And it was Tabatha's fault that Jasper's hair grayed more as time went by, as Bianca would make such off-the-wall suggestions each day, insisting that they do things just for the sake of doing them. But, Tabatha reasoned, at least Bianca was living her life instead of just sitting idly by.
