Gibbs was in the interrogation room, glaring at Kyle Boone.
"Where is my agent?" Gibbs demanded, staring down at him.
"Stop." Boone said, as Gibbs pulled a lighter from his pocket and held it to his scrapbook, filled with pictures of the corpses he mutilated. "You don't, you don't know what you're doing." He stuttered. "Jethro, don't do it." Gibbs fingered the lighter, trying to get it to ignite. "I don't know where she is. How can I? Just please, please let me see the book. Let me see it one last time, please!" He lay his head down on the table, and started to sob uncontrollably as Gibbs pretended to ignite the book.
"Where is she?" Gibbs demanded. The sobs quickly turned to maniacal laughter as he revealed his knowledge of what Gibbs was going, or not going to do.
"We all know you can't destroy evidence. Pathetic, Jethro. Do you really think that I need that to see them? When they're all up here." He tapped his head for emphasis. "And you know what? Your agent is going to suffer. The obscenities unleashed on her are legendary. And you know why, because you're the one that stopped me…" He was cut off abruptly as he was forced out of his chair and pushed up against the wall, a revolver at his temple. Gibbs used his best glare, but Boone continued laughing. It was obvious that Gibbs was no longer in charge of the situation. He knew Boone was setting him up, riling him, but at this point he couldn't care less.
"He's cutting her tongue out of her mouth, right now." Boone intimated gleefully, his breathing heavy. Most people would be scared shitless with Gibbs pressed against them and a revolver in his hand, but Boone was just smiling. "And you know the best part? After I'm gone, the bodies are going to continue to pile up." Gibbs glared at him, but Boone's smirk held up. Boone was laughing inwardly, deligting in the agent's rage. He smiled at him until Gibbs finally snapped. He cocked the hammer, and fired directly into Boone's head. He moved back, letting Boone's corpse fall to the floor, lifeless eyes looking up at him, seemingly still laughing at him. He made for the door when Tony burst in, not noticing the corpse in the corner of the room.
"Boss," he started his voice choked, just seeing Boone's body. His eyes were red and his face was wet. "Boss, we found agent Cassidy's body. Boone's lawyer is dead too." His eyes glazed over, and he was pushed aside as people rushed into the room investigating the gunshot. Gibbs walked out of the room in a daze, knowing without a doubt that he could lose his job for the stunt he pulled, but for the first time in his life, didn't care.
