Now I lay me down to sleep.
Before closing the motel room door, Dean takes a final glance behind him at the blonde hair, feminine form, soundly sleeping, turns back around and makes his way towards the Impala. Pulling the keys from his pocket, unlocking the driver side door, he climbs into the car, his gaze locking on the sleeping form of his brother in the backseat. With a weary sigh he starts the engine and pulls out of the parking lot. A quick glance in the mirror lets him know that Sam is still asleep.
A couple hour's later, Sam wakes to an exhausted Dean behind the wheel. "Pull the car over, Dean and let me drive." Startled he pulls onto the shoulder of the road, turns in his seat, to lock sleep heavy eyes on Sam climbing out of the car. His door opens and he's warily pulled from the car. Sam steers him toward the backseat. Too tired to put up a fight, Dean allows himself to be pushed into the back, instantly lying down, cushioning his head on his leather jacket. Behind the wheel, Sam turns the car back onto the road. He spares a glance over his shoulder at his brother to find him sleeping soundly.
