The moonlight sparkeled in her eyes. It was moments like these when he couldn't believe he'd been lucky enough to find her.

"Edward?" she asked, her brown childlike eyes gazing up at me.

"Yes love?"

"Do you really love me?"

I was shocked at her question. Of course I did, what could make her doubt that?

"With all my heart," I answered. All was silent. Then Bella mumbled something.

"Change me?" she pleaded. I froze, then sighed. We'd been over this before. No no no no no. "Please?"

"Bella-" I groaned.

"Edward, if you truly love me, you'll change me. That way, we can be together forever," she whined.

"Oh Bella, don't you see? If I change you, it would be incredibly cruel, to take you away from you friends and family, away from life..." I ranted.

"Edward?" she interuppted.

"Yes?"

"Shut up." And then she kissed me. Words cannot describe how wonderful and intoxicating her kisses were. My lips trailed down her neck and my eyes flashed red at the smell of her blood, pumping just inches away from my lips. I kissed her vein there softly, then, knowing it was what she wanted, I bit down.
