Sofia walked through the hallways of her main office building, nodding in greeting to her subordinates as she passed by. She stepped inside her office and sat down. She pulled out her favorite pen and begin to fill out her daily requisition forms.

"Good morning, Ma'am," All-might said standing in a corner, "I hope you had a restful night."

"Good morning, All-Might. Yes I enjoyed a good night's rest after Midnight droppped the videos for editing," she replied without ever looking up as she continued to fill out and sign the forms on her desk.

"WHERE IS SHE?!" Bellowed a voice from down the hall.

"Should I stop him?" All-Might asked.

"No. Let him come," she responded, continuing to work.

The door swung open and slammed against the wall with a thud, leaving a hole in the wall where the knob had crashed into it, "THERE YOU ARE YOU-"

"And a good morning to you, Endeavor," Sofia interrupted, never bothering to look up.

"DON'T INTERRUPT ME, SOFIA! YOU HAD ALL-MIGHT RECOMMEND MY SON TO THE U.A.?! DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA ON WHAT THAT'LL DO TO MY REPUTATION?!" Endeavor bellowed at Sofia

And all she did was work on her paperwork.

"LOOK AT ME, YOU QUIRKLESS BI-" Endeavor screamed

"All-might," She interrupted again.

For a moment, Endeavor looked confused. Then he looked around and spotted All-Might standing in the corner, "When did you g-"

"Punch him," she interrupted again. The entire time, she didn't bother showing the second best hero in the world respect by looking at him.

"Uh...H-h-hhow hard, Ma'am?" All-Might asked, unsure if she was serious.

Finally, she looked up. But not to Endeavor, however. She looked to All-Might, "I want him out of my office."

"Y-yes, Ma'am," he stepped forward and looked apologetically to his friend, "Sorry."

And with a thunderous boom heard for blocks, Endeavor went flying out of the 30th floor of a 40 floor building.

She sighed, content, "Sometimes, it's very good to be the boss," Sofia said as she resumed working, "Have you found a suitable successor yet?"

"No, not yet. But there are a few people I am keeping my eye on. One of which is a quirkless boy."

"Oh? This boy have a name?"

"Yes, Ma'am. He does. His name is Izuku Midoria."
