Lilian Garcia slipped quietly into the unfamiliar arena, pulling her bag up on her shoulder before she walked further. Finally finding the room she was told to go to upon arrival, she pushed the door open, shyly glancing around. Placing her bag down, she brushed her blonde hair out of her eyes, muttering to herself. "Here goes nothing."
"Lilian, have a seat please."
Nodding her head, the small blonde took a seat, her eyes never leaving those of the person across from her.
"I imagine you got my call this morning about the plans for tonight's show?"
"I did, though I never expected it to be happening this fast."
"It's best this way, especially with our plans for you."
The small blonde chewed on her lip, an old nervous habit. "Are you..are you sure I'm ready for this?"
Her companion nodded, smiling softly over at her. "I'm positive. We have nothing but faith in you. Now, why don't you go on and get ready? I'll take care of anything else that needs to be done."
Pushing her chair back, Lilian climbed to her feet. "Thank you, for everything." With that, she left the room. Leaving her companion smiling after her retreating form.
Lilian stood in her locker room for the night, silently sifting through her bag for an outfit. Knowing that her usual attire wouldn't really work for tonight, she settled on a pair of jeans and a tight black top. Finishing her look off with her signature black boots, she finally climbed to her feet. Taking a few minutes to work on her hair and make up, she slipped out of the room and walked down the hall towards the ring.
Her eyes focused on the monitor, showing her what was going on out there. She took a deep breath, willing herself to calm down. Trying her best to focus, she watched as the two people in the ring went back and fourth, her segment was up next.
She quickly made her way down the ramp, stopping only to grab the foot of her co-worker, pulling the other woman from the ring apron to the floor. Her hand connected hard with her face, sending her crashing to the floor. Lilian glanced back in the ring, a smile on her face as the ref counted the 1-2-3. Slipping under the ropes, she took his hand raising it for the cheering crowd. His eyes met hers, before resting on Gail Kim and Chris Harris outside of the ring. He wasn't sure why she was there, or how she ended up out there, but AJ Styles was more than thankful.
