Procedural

"So how did you find this place anyway?" June asked as she looked around the spacious cabin that Fowler had brought her to. It wasn't much, as it still had some old furnishings and tools, and it looked like it really could use a good cleaning.
"Whenever there have been civilians who have caught in the crossfire of some sensitive happenings, which is usually very rare, this would be used as a safe house until things calmed down - standard procedure." Fowler said as he put the bag down on the ground, "No one was using…so I thought why not?"
"Always a good plan to have," June nodded; she walked over to one of the pieces of furniture and brushed her finger against it. "Maybe this place could use a clean-up or two, just to keep me occupied."
For a moment Fowler closed his eyes and thought about how June was taking this whole situation; her son was with the Autobots, hopefully safe and sound, but they hadn't reached him or June in a long time. He knew the risk, he knew that this was always going to be inevitable, but at least he was finding ways to control it, to help June. Using his government contacts for good, so that June, Jack, and the others can live as much of a normal life as possible. He didn't want to take them away from Jasper, but the Decepticons left them no choice, and if they had to go into the witness protection program, then there would be no turning back.
And June's involvement really helped, as her know-how about safeguarding lives came in handy with the soldiers who were wounded after the attack from the Decepticons. It was merely fitting they decided to check in in the place where she would be kept safe. He looked over to her putting some supplies aside before she looked up.
"What is it, Agent Fowler?" She asked.
"Nothing," Fowler mused, looking out of the nearest window, "I was thinking of how this whole situation will turn out, hopefully in a good way."
If this was part of procedural, if good people like June kept getting into danger, then he didn't want any part of it anymore.
