A/N: Just because I put up my tree today, so I decided to write Christmas fluff. First Pan Am fic, so sorry if they are a bit out of character. Enjoy
"What are you doing?"Ted's voice shocked Laura from her deep concentration, nearly causing her to lose her penurious balance on the cabin seat.
"I'm hanging mistletoe, what does it look like I'm doing?" Laura asked, jumping down from her perch and inspecting her handy work.
Ted merely smiled at her excitement and kissed her straight on the cheek, "well if it's there then I'm aloud to do this." Laura grinned back and stood waiting for Kate, who had just boarded the plane.
Kate placed her bag in the locker and rolled her eyes at the mistletoe, proceeding to kiss Laura and Ted on the cheek, knowing Laura wouldn't let her move without doing so. "Merry Christmas you two."
Maggie was next to board, laughing and joking with Laura, she gave each one of them big kisses, proclaiming that mistletoe was "better than new year." After a few minutes of useless chatter, Maggie giggled "when Dean and Colette we should so tell then they have to kiss properly, none of that pathetic cheek stuff that we just did. I mean those two just look so perfect together. She finished excitedly, pleased with the smirk that had spread across Ted's face.
"Great, sounds like a plan" Kate yelled from the back of the plane, "but try to act normal guys, you look kind of strange crowded round on bit of mistletoe; like you're waiting for the prefect man to come along and give you the kiss of your life."
Their banter continued until they heard a laugh from the gang way as Colette entered the pane, followed closely by Dean, but stopped sharply when she noticed everyone staring at her with Cheshire smiles plastered over their faces. Leaning back towards Dean she muttered: "Have they been on the booze or something?"
Laura, obviously pleased by the comment giggled and pointed up above their heads, "no its mistletoe and you have to kiss the person you're nearest to, which in your case is Dean, so pucker up flyboy."
"I thought the tradition only required a kiss to the cheek?" Colette queried, her French accent adding to the bemusement in her voice.
"Not the way I play it my friend, just kiss the man and let us get on with this flight, we have passengers boarding in five."
Colette just rolled her eyes, turned to dean and kissed him. It barely lasted a few seconds, but long enough for her to feel the smirk on Dean's lips at the awwws from behind them. "Happy now?"
"Yes", Maggie grinned at them, their bodies still intertwined "you can let go of each other now."
Dean reluctantly let Colette go, but not before whispering in her ear, "I love you".
Yes, Maggie was right, they really were perfect together.
