Ok I just read Flaming Trails story about the vaccum cleaner and I remembered my topic on the BTTF Message board If The Delorean Could Talk.....well I decided to write a short story about it. Thank you to Flaming Trails for giving me the Knight Rider idea.

November 5th, 1985

He did it! Dr. Emmett Brown smiled with satisfaction. He actually made his Delorean talk! It actually only took him a month to rebuild it since it got run over from the train but he had some help from the future. I guess you can say that the Doc watched too many Knight Rider episodes because after watching them he decided he HAD to have a talking car.

He flipped a switch and the car came to life. "Good evening Dr. Brown. Doc was amazed. "Good evening Deloy (The name that Doc gave the car.) "ummm...how are you this fine evening?" "Well you know doing much better after a certain someone let me get run over by a certain train." "Yes but I did put you back together you know."

Deloy continued. "not only that Dr. Brown." "You sent me back to 1955 with Marty, where I got struck by lightning. Then in 2015, your best friend Marty let me get stolen by that goon Biff. Then you blamed it all on me by saying I had to be destroyed." "Then I get struck by lightning again in 1955 and get sent back to 1885 with you!

He went on. "If that wasn't bad enough, I get buried in a mine for 70 years and then I have to get pushed by a train because once again your friend Marty caused trouble for me. He ripped my fuel line and Indians attacked me. THEN I get run over by that stupid train! And you have the nerve to say that I caused nothing but disaster! Everything that happened was all your fault! "Then you go out and get a time train! What the hell is that all aobut?!"

Doc was beginning to regret ever make the damn machine talk. He said, "listen to me you ungrateful piece of junk! I put you back together because it took me 30 years to create you! I wanted you back together! This is the thanks I get?!" "Why don't I just flip the switch off right now so I never have to hear you talk again?" Deloy said "ha! You never cared about me! Why even bother putting me back togeeeeeeeetheeeerrrrrrr....his voice went low as Doc flipped the switch to off, where he vowed never to turn it on again. He never did.

The End
