Hey. To those who havent read TWtMTLFFiL, this one-shot is all fluff. To those who have, sorry guys, but I'm having a bit of a hard time with humor, so I need to write something really romantic and get it out of my system (don't worry, you'll get a bit of romance around chapter 16. Alright, lets tackle this sucker.
Isabella Marie Swann waited. She waited for her very loving but misunderstanding and overprotective father to fall asleep so she could sneak out and meet her boyfriend, the vampire Edward Cullen. A few weeks ago, her so-called best friend had "let slip" to her father that Bella had a motorcycle. Charlie Swann, Forks' chief police officer and father to Bella had freaked out over the thing he had thought off as a death trap for so long-though he had every reason to. He had seen many bikers, lying dead or close to after having been hit by a speeding car. It also didn't help that Bells had just come back from Italy. Bella could not very well tell her father that she had to leave Italy without a moment's notice to save her boyfriend from the Volturi, vampires which could be considered the leaders of all the vampires. Oh. Wait a second. Bella thinks she's finally heard the oddly sweet sounds of Charlie's snoring. Bella estimates the jump from her window to that thick branch is about three feet. She's positioning herself for the jump when-
"Bella, didn't you learn your lesson about jumping from high places?" Her boyfriend, the notorious Edward Cullen is calling to her from the base of the tree that Bella was just about to jump on.
"Haven't you learned your lesson from assuming that I am a suicidal maniac?" Edward's intoxicating laugh floated it's way up, up until it reached her window and then floated into her room.
"Touche, my lovely flower."
"So...wanna come in, Romeo, or should we continue yelling at each other?"
"Patience, my love," her sweet lover said as he climbed up the tree at vampire speed, "is a virtue, did you know," sitting himself on the bed.
"Hmm, I guess I'm not very virtuous then." Bella walked over to join him.
"This really sucks, you know?"
"Our current situation, you mean? I don't think so. It's kinda romantic. I feel like Romeo and Juliet."
"I guess I shouldn't try to kill myself again, though."
"That would put a damper on things," Bella airily sighed. Edward's lips were kissing the porcelain skin on her neck and he was breathing in her delicious scent.
"Enough of that, Edward. It's driving me insane." Edward smiled against her neck.
"So what would this do?" He turned her head and kissed her lightly, moving his lips against hers. She moaned into the kiss.
"That sends me into unbelievably amazing euphoria." Edward continued working his magic. Bella pushed him down onto her bed and they continued kissing.
"Bella, can we stop for now?" Edward's voice was velvety smooth, hiding the strain having Bella beneath him caused. Bella sighed.
"Don't worry, love. One day, we'll be married and able to do whatever you want."
"How did I ever get so lucky?"
"You didn't get lucky. I did." Bella smiled. A creak suddenly resounded throughout the house.
"Damn. It's Charlie."
"I should get going then, Bells."
"Will you be back tomorrow?"
"I will be back every night until your grounding is lifted. Then I'll be back every minute of the day. I love you, Bella."
"I love you, Edward"
Isabella Marie Swan sat by the window. She was waiting, waiting for the day when she and Edward Cullen could finally be together. Forever.
