Hey, guys. I'm kind of happy because this is my first post. Enjoy!
Disclaimer: I do not own the Bible or any of its content.
God's Hand is always near,
Though we cannot see or hear,
His Hand has never failed,
Even though His hands were nailed.
Man's hand can sometimes be course and cold,
His hand can maybe even be as gross as mold,
Man cannot heal or comfort in any length,
With his own hand or own strength.
But God's Hand is comfort and warm;
His hand will never go on worn.
He will give His Hand to those in need,
And He will give it those who bow the knee.
Sorry that the poem was pretty short. It was from seventh grade. My school had this competition for creative writing and we were given a hour to write a poem or prose. Surprisingly, I got first place for the poem.
R&R. Thanks. =)
